Great Service Dept

Always service our cars here. They keep you informed of anything they may find that needs attention now or in the future. They communicate exactly what needs to be done and the cost associated. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional.

New Tires for my Tacoma

Tony VanHoutten is an awesome service desk manager. He set me up with great tires, a rental, all at a nice value. His estimate was accurate. He is personable and great to work with.

Poor service

We brought my Sequoia in for servicing the low pressure tire light was on. We forgot to mention that to the tech they did their service and inspection never mentioned that the light was still on and when we brought it up, we were basically told that it was our fault for not telling the tech that we had had to remove the sensor, when speaking to the manager we were told that the Matt mechanic made the decision that we the client must’ve not wanted to have it fixed. No mention on the repair ticket. Poor customer service won’t go back.

Second New Vehicle this year

I purchased a new RAV4 Hybrid about a week ago. They allowed me to place a deposit on this vehicle while it was in transit from the factory. This is the second new vehicle I have purchased here this year. Tom and Anil completed the process quickly, and I appreciate the fact that they notified me as soon as it was being unloaded from the delivery truck.

Great Service

I took my car in and as usual, the experience was awesome. Tony took care of me and made sure I had a loaner car while my tires were being ordered and changed. Come see Tony and he will take care of you too.
