please don’t make our mistake
I purchased a $8,000 car and the engine was going out. Found 3 days after purchase and they traded me into a $10,000 Nissan and 8 months later the transmission went out and had Symptoms directly after and were told it was a simple fix. Now they won’t do anything for us except give us half the price of the nissan if we by a different car. Please don’t make the same mistake we did

GMC 2500 HD SLT
Steve, Andrew, and Ivan did a great job getting us into our new GMC pickup. We are extremely happy with the truck, and very pleased with their fast and friendly no frills buying process! Even had the VIN code check done for us while we took care of paper work!

No communication after the sale
Corey in Finance has not returned my phone calls on multiple occasions. Avoid this dealership if you can. Poor communication all around. Including receptionists, sales, and finance.

Helpful people who listen more than sell
I came to the Pre-Owned Center with a car that was more bandages than car. I thought I knew which car I wanted when I came to them. They listened to what I was looking for and found an even better fit for me and my budget. I would definitely recommend this place and the people for anyone looking to buy a car. From the dealer (Ken Dickson) to the finance guy, all were very helpful. But, more importantly, they listened to me.
New Equinox Premier
This my fifth car purchase in a row from an Uftring dealership. I am a return customer because I am treated with respect, dealt with professionally and have always received excellent service on the cars which I have purchased from Uftring dealerships. Our salesperson (Kathy) was knowledgeable and friendly and kept the buying experience light, while keeping the process moving. The deal was excellent and we left with a perfect vehicle and a great deal. Kendal has become a trusted contact and dare I say a friend over these 5 purchases. We have made really great deals and I have had 4 excellent cars over these 13 years of purchasing vehicles from Uftring dealerships. The vehicles have been excellent, I still have three of the original four purchased to be joined by this 2019 Equinox Premier, including my near 300,000 mile 2006 HHR. It is safe to say that I will continue as a repeat customer of the Uftring dealerships.
