We had a great experience.

We had a great experience. Scott Johnson was our salesman and was absolutely terrific. We also had great interactions with the Sales Manager and the Finance Department. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!!

No Pressure No Hassle No Nonsense

Husband and I found a jeep we were interested in and contacted dealership to inquire. Kyle was very helpful,and got answers to all our questions in very timely manner, however since we live out of state the only time we could go inspect and drive vehicle Kyle was off so we then worked with Karen and Steve. Both were super to work with. We have purchased a good many cars thru the years. And after we purchased our jeep we both agreed this was the most easy no-hassle car buying experience we have had in recent years. So good to actually enjoy buying a car!

Best Dealership in Peoria.

Best experience ever!! Thank you so much to the Uftring Weston Cadillac team for making my first Peoria car shopping experience the absolute best! Everyone from detailing & service, to the GM, the finance and sales department, and even the owner, Mark Weston, were there to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. It was absolutely a ten out of ten experience. They really listened to my wants and needs, there was never any pressure to buy anything and I never felt rushed. Being new to the area, I was a bit hesitant at first, but they were incredibly trust worthy, professional and attentive! My sales man, Scott Johnson, was the best salesman I could have ever asked for and the final sales price was exactly as we had negotiated. I am so happy with my new vehicle and absolutely loved the way everyone there goes above and beyond for their customers! Inqured over the internet about a Tahoe I was interested

Inqured over the internet about a Tahoe I was interested in and after they appraised my trade over the phone and a few emails back and forth they came up with a deal we were both happy with. Saturday afternoon we drove the hour and a half and met the people we were dealing with. They were very professional and had pulled out two Tahoes they thought we would be interested in. We actually test drove a different one then we originally had dealt on because the boss (my wife) liked it better. They were happy with our trade and we were very happy with our purchase. We had emailed and talked to the general Manager, used car Manger, Top sales lady Tena and everyone was very professional but treated us like old friends. In today's world the internet is our eye's to see what is out there and it makes our life easier. If the dealership and the person trading in are honest you car shop hundreds of miles away from your home and deal on it to see if you want to make the trip. It's a world market if the parties involved are honest and this dealership went beyond our expectations. About three hours ( looking at vehicles and test driving, asking questions and setting up onstar, connecting phones to car and signing papers and and Tena did a great job of explaining all the options. Kenson who took care of the paper work canceled our Sirius radio in our trade in and took all the contacts on the Bluetooth phone in the Jeep which was very nice of him. We were on the road back to the Quad Cities. The easiest part was paying for the difference knowing and trusting the people we dealt with. And we have purchased cars, trucks and motorhomes all over the country and they rate right up at the top. And as we pulled away with a full tank of gas. Most dealers give you enough to get to the gas station. THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN THESE DAYS. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK Brad, Steve, Kenson? and the saleswoman of the month Tena Nichelson.

As we were sitting waiting for the clean up crew to detail our Tahoe my wife made a appointment to register the Tahoe in Iowa on Tuesday at 9:30 am. When we arrived for our appointment we discovered they never gave us a Title for the tahoe. With no loan on it to register they should have given it to us. One wasted trip to the courthouse.

Worst experience in my life dealing with a dealers

Horrible.. spent $2100 truck doin the same thing it was when I dropped it off. Same thing for my car.. $1700 driving worst than it did before. I guess theses people don’t really know anything about Cadillacs. Never ever will they get a $ of mines.

0 stars. We had a vehicle in for service that should have been covered by the platinum warranty we purchased from Uftring Weston. We told the service department about the warranty prior to any work being done. The service department said the service was not covered and we agreed to have the work done. We checked with the warranty company and it was a covered service after all. We showed the service department where the warranty coverage stated it was a service covered and they said it was not covered. They even argued that is was definitely not covered. We paid over $1500 out of pocket. We contacted the warranty company directly to find out the service department NEVER called the warranty company and it is a covered service. Update: Uftring Weston Service Manager called to try to make this situation right after seeing our reviews.

Run away !!!!

The last truck my husband bought from them we definitely were not told truth but we traded upscale truck for a piece of junk nothing even close to what my husband thought he was buying but the sales person is a good talker and talked him into it. We bought the extra insurance which is expensive from them. Now they tell us we had a rodent bite a wire and rodents are not covered under this insurance. Fact is we don’t live on a farm or around corn field the truck is driven every day the wire was not freyed like a mouse chewing on a wire. Was a clean cut. And the mouse chose this truck to chew on instead of the cadallac sitting right next to it. Totally dishonest and since the confrontation of asking to see the wire they have added another charge of wire damage cause they didn’t like being confronted. I don’t like being lied to or manipulated and as I read other reviews we are not the only ones this happens to. Totally unexceptable for a dealership to use people in this way. They like to post all the high number reviews but find the other ones of truth in the site. Never will we buy another vehicle here. Very sad to use people like this to make a buck. Run the other way!!!

Sales Consultant Scott Johnson just provided one of the best vehicle buying expereinces I have ever had, and I have been buying for 50 years. Scott was professional, polite, accomodating and very reposnive. If you do busines there, I recommend Scott. Also, the general manager called me when I had a concern that Scott had already started working on. The general manager was also polite and professional and, like Scott, he sought to make my expereince at Uftring's a pleasant one. Both suceeded. And it all wrapped up as I was paying for my truck and the nice young man who took my money did not try to add on extras like warranties, paint protection, etc. Plus, he wrapped up the payment/paperwork process in less than 15 minutes. These guys went all the way to Chicago and got my truck and brought it back and had it ready for delivery in just a shade over 24 hours! If you need a vehicle, go see these guys and ask for Scott Johnson.
