Surprisingly good experience!

There i was, in need for another car for the family. My wife suggested this dealer because she saw the SUV that she wanted. I always go to the big dealers trying to avoid the shark loans but in this case I decided to be open minded. The car that I bought it was super clean , never smoke in and a free carfax report.The interest rate on my loan is on the 8's and my credit is not really perfect. Also I was able to buy a warranty for 4 years just in case since it is a used car. Thank you ,

Best buying experience

This was the best buying experience we have ever had. We found the vehicle on their website that we were wanting. Jayson was our sales person. He was great. The whole process went quickly and smoothly. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Good experience.

Good experience. Showed up late on Saturday stil was able to get in a test drive and negotiation on price. Did not make the deal but it was through no fault of the dealership. I decided not to get rid of my truck.

Horrible Experience

Recently stopped by about 30 minutes before they closed. You could tell by the way they treated my husband and I that they would rather close then help us!!! We ended up trading with another dealer and had a great buying experience.

Great experience

Thanks perkins motor plex. We purchased a Lincoln Navigator 4X4. We have been looking for a SUV 4X4 and Jayson was very helpful in finding us one. I recommend purchasing a vehicle from Perkins motor plex. They are very courtesy and helping in finding what you need.

We were very satisfied with Perkins Motor Plex of Mayfield , KY. We have been looking for a SUV 4th and Jayson sat down and showed us many vehicles that was in their inventory. It was very hard to make a decision due to they have so many to choose from. We decided on a 2010 Lincoln Navigator. So far we are very pleased. We would recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. Didn't know my Expedition would go South

I purchased a 2010 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer EXT from Perkins Motor Plex of Murray and was ecstatic over the vehicle and felt I paid a fair price. BUT...within two weeks it blew a radiator hose and leaked coolant all over the engine. We called the dealership and they had us bring it in, giving us a loner car. After a few days, we were able to pick it up after they had installed a new hose/coupling. Then, within hours after picking it up, it died in the middle of me picking up the kids from daycare. I freaked out and called my husband to get the kids before the center closed and then he had to jump start my truck. He found that the battery had a huge amount of buildup around the cables and on the battery, due to the coolant spray that went all over the engine. Once again, the truck went back to Perkins for repair and they put on a new battery, etc, and gave us a loner car. All is well for another couple of weeks and then, when I was out of town and my husband had all five kids in the truck, the coolant system sprang ANOTHER leak! He barely made it home with the truck only able to do 35 mph or overheat. This time Perkins brought a tow truck and hauled it off to, yet again, replace a radiator hose. Luckily, I was back in town the day after this incident, otherwise my husband would not have been able to take the kids to/from school/daycare. They brought the car back several days later and it has been running fine for the last few weeks. All totaled, I was without this vehicle for about 3 weeks out of the first 6 weeks that I had it. I was very upset when my first car payment came in for over $400, as I felt I was paying for something I couldn't even use! I appreciate Perkins' willingness to fix the vehicle and to give us a loaner car (though it didn't hold a family of 7), but I feel their repair staff should have caught the battery issue and tested the coolant system for other failures before they sent the vehicle home the first time. I'd recommend the dealership, but not their service department.

Great service!

I spent months looking for a new family vehicle! We found just what our family needed at Perkins! They were all very friendly & helpful! We were done with paperwork quickly and I was driving off the lot in my new car within hours! I will never buy anywhere else! Thank you Perkins & staff!

great car buying experience

Car was just as listed,had a seal leak on gas cap called Jay ( Roll Tide) replaced gas cap no other problems.Will go back to Perkins Motor Plex for next vehicle.
