Mayfield Purchase
Inquired online regarding a 2016 F-150 that was on the lot in Mayfield, I was soon contacted by Blake who was more than helpful through the whole process. I made the 4 hour drive down from Louisville to look at the truck and ultimately buy it. A big selling point for me was the passive sales approach and the reassurance that they are not making commission off of your purchase. This being my first truck purchase, I could not have asked for better service from Blake or the rest of the team. Very pleased and will definitely recommend.

One of the best car buying experiences i have had.
I had been researching trucks on their website for a few weeks because of the wide selection. Once i found the one i wanted i had spoken with Keith Eaton let me know that it was still available and let know he would have it ready for me as i was on my way to look at it. During the buying process I never felt pressured into buy it and Keith walked me through all the financial steps to include trade in values and working with the bank. It was one of the best buying experiences I have had buying a vehicle yet. Thank you Keith and Perkins Motorplex personnel at Mayfield.

An Unfortunate Experience
I went to Perkins with the intent to purchase a vehicle. However, I left there without one for a few reasons. First, my encounter was very unprofessional with the sales rep. He just instructed us that the keys are in the door and to go and drive the vehicles. No help or assistance in showing and perusing the vehicles. Second, the first vehicle was filthy and not clean. The next, was so foul smelling we couldn't even test drive it. Upon those experiences along with the extremely low trade in conversation we left this dealership. Furthermore, I went on to Mayfield and purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Traverse that afternoon. The very same car that this rep told me was "unavailble". My experience was very poor at this dealership unfortunately.

will rob you blind
Were going to rob me blind. even lied to the bank saying my income was $300 more than it was so they would get the loan to go thru. Don't buy from them. Hidden fees like you would not believe. Nashville location.

Ridiculous!
I purchased an 04 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4x4 from the Nashville location. After being told I could take the vehicle to my mechanic 40 miles away where I live, then being told the “assistant manager” would rather me take it down the street to “our guys”, then finally allowing me to go to my mechanic with the understanding I was buying the vehicle in “as-is” condition. There were 2 issues my mechanic found, one with the air conditioning and the other was the fog lights not working. Total cost of repair would be $300 for both issues. The “assistant manager” who I never saw or spoke with, told the salesman to let me know they would not be fixing those or for that matter, not deducting it from the purchase price. Really??? I’m paying thousands of dollars and you can’t fix what “your guys” should have already fixed the first time. I asked for a full tank of gas as I’ve never purchased a vehicle without one and was told “we don’t do that! If we do it for you, we have to do it for everyone!” Really??? It’s really sad to see this kind of greed by a company that claims they go above and beyond to make it a stress free, enjoyable buying experience, all over $350 including a full tank of gas!

Thanks for the feedback, Shaun. You've brought up an interesting point; although we'd like to be able to...it's near impossible to make a 15 year old vehicle new, or even "like new". While we sell very few vehicles with that kind of age, we understand every time we do that things like this will come up due to it having 15 years of wear and tear. The folks at Perkins Motor Plex don't sell you a vehicle, they give you the opportunity to buy one. The staff takes the time to understand your wants and needs and will make sure you understand the "process". It actually felt like I was doing business with family without all the hassle. F-250 Super Duty 4x4
I bought an F-250 Super Duty 4x4 . Eric the finance manger was awesome on the phone and in person no pressure whatsoever with a $250 deposit which is totally refundable if you change your mind. he made sure the truck was mine if i wanted it. Eric was super busy and had his sales manager Grant Gustafson help with the truck and paperwork.And he and Sam were also amazing thx yall the 4 1/2 hour trip was well worth it.I will buy from this dealership from now on.

‘05 Tacoma
I found an ‘05 Toyota Tacoma online that was at Perkins in Nashville so I made an inquiry on it. Within the the hour Grant Gustafson contacted me and gave me the info on the vehicle. I drove up from Birmingham AL the next day. When I pulled they were getting the truck cleaned up. It was exactly what I was looking for. I test drove it and loved it. Grant made the whole process enjoyable and easy. I highly recommend looking them up if your looking for a new/used vehicle. They are not your typical dealership. Not pushy at all and went above and beyond to help me out.

Sean was absolutely amazing!! He made sure to do everything he possibly could to get me what I wanted. He was outgoing and honest and extremely helpful.
