Perkins Motor Plex of Mayfield

Everything about the purchase of my Ford F-450 Truck was great smooth and hassle free. I would highly recommend Purchasing your next vehicle from Perkins. I was a little nervous about buying a vehicle online, but I don’t have any regrets.

Beware!! This dealer sells wrecked cars with either fake or false Carfax reports! We purchased a 2018 Pacifica that had a clean Carfax. My husband even asked our sales clerk, Taylor if this vehicle had been in an accident and he said, No. Before purchase, there were some body issues and Taylor agreed to help us if we purchased, so we did. Turns out the issue in question was a manufacturing flaw, but in the process, right off the bat, the three places we went to asked if we knew the vehicle had been in a front end collision. There is No way that the people at Perkins didn't know. It was immediately obvious that not only didn't the paint match, but neither did the front bumper. When confronted, Taylor referred us to his manager Scott. He repeatedly told me that " I bought a used car, what did I expect? We also purchased a warranty from them. And when I told Scott that the warranty says it doesn't cover parts damaged from prior accidents, he claimed he would send us a letter assuring coverage. That never happened!!! We are looking to pursue this with whatever legal means exist. This was our first used car purchase. Perkins is the used car nightmare we were afraid of.

I just recently purchased a vehicle from Perkins. This was my second purchase with them. Both times I dealt with Keith. He is very efficient, accommodating and knowledgeable. Sarah and Keith make the entire process hassle free. We could not be happier with our vehicle and service. Thank you!!!
