When I arrived at Perkins Motor Plex I was greeted before I even reached the door, and instantly got to check out the vehicle I wanted. Mr Chris and Mr. Kyle were very patient throughout the entire process. They made sure my visit was comfortable, double-checked all paperwork, and made it feel like I had been there before. I recommended Perkins to a lot of people I know.

I began looking at one vehicle and before it was over with bought a newer, lower mileage vehicle at an excellent price. Hats off to Mr. Adam Edwards! He was answering questions that I had on a Saturday evening! I was very nervous about buying without physically being at the location, but I would say that he will more than likely get more of my business. The lady that delivered my truck was very pleasant as well. I must say that it was a very good experience!

When you’re looking for a used vehicle the first thing that you think about is whether the salesman is being honest with you. I drove two hours to Nashville and two hours to a Columbia, TN the following Saturday to look at vehicles. I could tell by looking at the vehicles that the people weren’t honest because they were not what was in the picture nor how they described the vehicles to me over the phone. After talking to Randy, I decided to make another two hour drive; this time to Paducah. The truck that I purchased was EXACTLY like the pictures and the way Randy described it to me. These days, it seems good customer service cannot be found and Perkins Motor Plex staff has debunked that myth and shattered any of my expectations. Logan, was my sales person and from his wonderful personality, his quick wit, his willingness to work with me to make sure I felt like I was treated well and got what I deserved for my trade-in, his genuine care made the whole process so pleasant.
