I bought Honda Civic 2014. Many options for Japanese cars at reasonable price. They price to sell the cars instead of spending time in negotiations .please... don’t go over the facility as we don’t need nice facility to get a good price on the car

Bought a car here a couple of weeks ago. The place was very busy, I knew what I wanted and Eric was kind enough to get me in and out in less than a half... an hour. It would have been less than that but we got to talking. He's a great guy, everyone there is super nice. I would definitely recommend buying a car here.
I purchased a 2013 Highlander and Love it. Eric was easy to talk to. Answered all my questions and always had time to take my calls. The transaction... took just over an hour. Great place to buy a used car. This is my families second purchase at Nelson Automotive and it will not be me last.

I've never had a better experience buying a car than I have at Nelson Automotive. Can't state that enough. Was referred to them, but almost didn't check... them out. That would have been a big mistake. Not only was I impressed with the condition the cars were in, but the prices were very fair when compared around. Now a lot of dealers have those two things going for them, but here is what made them really stand out: I felt no pressure from anyone at any point. They allowed me to drive it to my mechanic to have them take a look at it without making me feel guilty for asking, like other dealers gone to have. They also have a 3 month, 3,000 mile warranty on most of their cars. There is no other dealer I've been to that has had all those factors going for them. Even if you don't end up buying a car from them, I fully recommend at least checking them out. You'll save yourself a lot of headache the other dealers will give you.
After about 2 months of shopping around and research to find the right 2008 Corvette for the best condition and price, I finally found "the one" listed... on Nelson Automotive's website. I called and spoke with Matt V., and he gave me a detailed service and ownership history of the car. I felt confident that this was the right car and from the right dealer. Throughout the entire process Matt was honest and always gave me the time of day; I never felt rushed on the phone or in person. When I bought the car, I drove up from Indianapolis to pick up the car and it was apparent that the Corvette was a prized car on the lot, there were not as many other sports cars, but all cars looked to be nicely kept and cleaned. I didn't feel like it was a risk to buy a sports car from the Nelson Automotive lot, if anything I probably saved money due to not having to pay an additional markup from a performance-oriented lot. My actual time at Nelson Automotive was brief: Matt arrived early to the dealership to accommodate my schedule, even though he had plans for brunch with his in-laws later that morning. We took the car out for a test drive, talked a bit more about the history of the car, and the minor normal maintenance work they had done to make sure they sold me the car in excellent condition. I was thrilled when I got the keys. The paperwork took probably 10 minutes and I was on my way. The car rode like a dream. About 30 minutes from home, the clutch pressure went out and I had to have the car towed the rest of the way home. I took it to a shop and they determined the slave cylinder went out, and that it would be 2 hours of labor plus the cost of the part. I called Nelson Automotive, we were all shocked since this car drove fine. Matt took this information to his boss, and they worked with me on the issue: they refunded me with the cost of the part that I paid for, as well as the cost of the labor to have it replaced. Normally I would've expected that I would've needed to have the car brought back to Nelson Automotive's shop to have the work done in-house, but they took care of the issue in a way that was convenient for me. Overall, I was very pleased with the way they handled what was an unexpected post-purchase issue. I've now had the Corvette for exactly one year, and it's been a the best car I've ever owned. I've received so many comments on how great of a condition the car is in, and that it must have been well taken care of. I always tell them about my experience with Matt at Nelson Automotive, and I know where my first stop will be when we purchase another car. Everything they say about Matt is true. He will go out of his way to help you. I was extremely panicky and demanding when I bought my car. I did not know... about some of the electrical issues a Saab had and was unfortunate enough to have an issue right away. Matt was patient and kind even when I was not. Eric was also very patient and he is extremely knowledgeable. These guys should get an excellent review just for putting up with my shenanigans. I have since been in for service and it has been a great experience. I would highly recommend Nelson Automotive.
I was in the market to purchase a used Honda Accord. After doing my research and visiting a few of the major car dealers, I found a used car and price... that was compelling for me to visit. Upon my arrival, i was greeted by an attentive sales person, Matt, and also found the employees to be very friendly. Matt is incredibly professional and very personable. He helped me with my buying decision...explain everything he knew about the car, discussed the CarFax report (and answered questions for me), and was not a pushy sales person. He was easy and delightful to discuss the cars we were interested in. After a test drive, we made a deal within 15 minutes. It was an incredible car buying experience. I came back to have some service down on my car, and the technicians were friendly and explained everything to me. Even Eric, the Principal owner, stop to say hi, and made sure I was being taken care of. The experience was so fantastic, that we are already planning on buying our next used car at Nelson's Automotive.
