He is very knowledgeable of the product which made my experience that much more enjoyable. Valencia explained my paperwork thoroughly and was very patient with me with my pending gap documents. 10 out of 10 experience.

Was show multiple cars way over budget only to eventually
Was show multiple cars way over budget only to eventually settle on a vehicle that ended up almost killing before I could even make the first payment. 1000/10 would NEVER have bought the car had I didnt NEED one that day.

Went in for a recall and they got the job done very
Went in for a recall and they got the job done very quickly. They supplied a ride home and back, which was rather nice. My only complaint is that it would’ve been great if they washed the car.

This place is not respectful of your time at all. I only returned because our car had a recall on it. This is the second time there, the first time they scheduled me but didn’t have the part to perform the recall fix.

Dishonest and deceptive.
Dishonest and deceptive. Quoted a price and you then always up charge for everything because you “made a mistake and forgot”. I will never come back to your dealership I know for a fact how much you up charge for parts. I was quoted $900 for a flex hose once in the last six months and got it replaced for $280 at an honest dealership I’m sure you did the same on my recent repairs
