Only thing I didn't like was the 90 minute wait for service. Kind of makes appointments useless. Outside of that, I love the dealership they always recalibrate my car to factory new condition which I highly appreciate.

Very poor customer service.
Very poor customer service. Not diligent with customers time and vehicles. Processes are super elongated to the point of high inconvenience for customers and existing customers

Alyssa was extremely friendly and professional to work
Alyssa was extremely friendly and professional to work with. We loved her no pressure approach to the purchase of our new vehicle. Be sure to ask for Alyssa when shopping for a new vehicle at this dealership! In addition, Dogan made the financing aspect of the purchase easy and understandable. Again, it was a no pressure approach which was greatly appreciated.

They didn't clear my dashboard so I don't know if any of
They didn't clear my dashboard so I don't know if any of the work was done because my car still pop-up says I have eight days till maintenance now it has 865 days of some other work that needs to be done but I pay for two filters and a oil change and I should not have a rough start

Great service, everyone was very helpful and kind. The process was smooth without any stress or confusion on what we were getting into. The operation of the sales and finance department seem to run smoothly and as a team. I thank you all again for making the financing of a new vehicle a great experience.
