I really enjoyed working with the Internet Sales Manager, Joe Flanigan. Joe makes you feel more like a friend, not just another customer. This is a Dealership that makes you want to go back there the next time you need another car whether it be new or used. There are No High Pressure Tactics used at this dealership. You actually feel good about doing business with this dealership. This Dealership does not have the Large Corporate Feel that it is all about money like most Dealerships do. The Finance Manager Ricky Ledford was also a pleasure to deal with. There are many Car Dealerships that need to take some lessons from Courtesy Ford about how to treat customers. I was raised in a Fanily Business & I totally understand how customers like to be treated. I found the car I was looking for on the Internet & I drove 3 hours to this Dealer from Knoxville, TN & it was well worth the drive. I would not hesitate to drive back to this dealer the next time we need a car. If I have any of my friends are wiling to make the drive to find the right car, I would definitely recommend Courtesy Ford to them. I am very sure that any local customers that have ever bought a car or truck here would always return to this dealer just because of how they treat their customers. They never tried to double or triple team me like most dealerships do to talk you into a purchase that you are not comfortable with. They did everything that they said they would do to the car before I drove away after I purchased it.

Made my experience very easy. Staff was very personable and helpful. My initial correspondence was on line. I had a scheduled appointment with Joe Flanigan. I arrived on time and Joe already had an idea of what I was looking for. He allowed me to drive two different vehicles and helped me decide which one was right for me. Richard Ledford took care of the finance part. I was amazed how quick everything went. I picked up my new Ford Edge the next day, gassed up and ready to ride!

I contacted COURTESY Dealership by email and they promptly returned a response. When I visited the dealership they were as courteous. I had to come back a second day and Joe was not going to be there. So, another gentleman filled in and did not skip a beat. The other gentleman's name is Ricky Ledford. In the past I have been fortunate to be waited on by one courteous salesman, but never two at the same dealership. The guys at COURTESY in Rome are awesome. I will do business with them in the future if I need transportation. I will also recommend them as well as their product(s).

I was very pleased with my experience at Courtesy Ford. Joe was very straight forward when dealing with me. There was no running back and forth between a manager and me trying to fight through a deal. I was able to tell them what I was looking for and Joe made it happen rather quickly. My truck was missing a key to the tonue cover and Joe made sure to go out of his way to take care of it.

Found good used truck for the price. Dealer willing to...

Found good used truck for the price. Dealer willing to work with me on the price. I had a problem with the truck the day I took it home. Contacted the salesman and he made arrangements with the service department to have it picked up and brought back to the dealership. I was skeptical whether the dealer would fix the vehicle as it was so "As is with no warranty". They made the required repairs promptly and I picked up the next day. No problems since then

Awesome experience- they had the vehicle I wanted - gave me a great deal and really worked with me on financing and extras. I would recommend them to my friends and family!!! Great Job Courtesy Ford!! I definitely would do business again with them in the future!!!

A 10 year old FordRanger was giving starting problems. ...

A 10 year old FordRanger was giving starting problems. We were traveling from Macon, Ga to Rome. I call the service dept about 4:30 pm, and they started work on the truck at8am the next day. We ask about the 2011Ford Fiesta as a flat tow car behind our motorhome. A very nice salesman Joe F. review with us severals models in stock. We decided to trade in our Ranger on a Fiesta. GREAT Experience in Service Sales and Follow up.Thank you Joe,Scott,Phill.

I was in contact with Joe, through internet +/- 10 days...

I was in contact with Joe, through internet +/- 10 days prior to my purchase. He was very professional answering all of my questions. When I was ready for the purchase we made an appointment. The vehicle which I bought was not in stock, I was facilitated with one until it arrived. Finance director very professional on the explaining of documents. I am very happy to have bought my car here, eventhough I had other options.

I would like to say Joe was very friendly and tried to work with our circumstance. Joe was consistent on the internet in responding to my emails, which kept me interested. I also prefer corresponding by electronic devices, it makes it more convenient for my lifestyle with little ones.

Ive been looking for a great priced 3rd car for awhile. I found it @ Courtesy Ford. Joe was EXCELLENT. The CarFax was included, as well as all information about the car. There wasnt a need to haggle as it was priced appropriately. What a great experience! Well trusted & I'm sure I will most likely go back again when its time to make a purchase for my wife! Great product & customer service! A++++++!!!!!!!
