WOW what an easy purchase this was. I found the car I was interested in online and emailed to get details. Joe replied to me much faster than I expected. Most of the contact was through emails and he answered all of my questions quickly. My dad and daughter went to drive the car and they loved it. I got pre-approved with my credit union and Joe had everything taken care of when I got to the dealership. I love my Camry and would recommend Joe and the Courtesy Ford-Lincoln team to all of my family and friends.

I was in the market for a new car and the Ford Escape was the car I had been wanting. I talked to a salesman back in Dec and told him what I was looking for. I was under the impression that he would find me that car-never happened. I let it ride for awhile and then I started looking on the internet and was looking for some prices. I received an email and a phone call from Joe Flannigan to give him a call back. I called him on Monday and set up an appointment for Tuesday never thinking that I would walk out of there with the purchase of my new car. I told him about the previous experience I had and he wanted to know what I was looking for and after I told him, it was only a short time and he came back and told me that he had found me a car. I had told him what kind of payments I would like and he and Rickey took it and ran with it . They had paper work and everything handled in record time I was totally amazed. I was nervious about this major purchase. Joe was very take charge while being very friendly and helpful and courteous. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Joe has told me to call him about any concerns or questions that I might have. The way that he handled my purchases and his overall attitude leads me to have total confidence that if I need him he will be available to me. I love my new car and just want to say a special thanks to Joe for his help.

I found a vehicle online I wanted to take a look at it,...
I found a vehicle online I wanted to take a look at it, however living over an hour from the dealership, I called and spoke with Joe. He told me that he would pull the keys for me until I got there. My husband and I arrived and the vehicle was pulled to the side of the building waiting. Joe was very friendly and matter of factly.. He didn't try to sell us a car. He let the car sell itself...We took the test drive, and that is what we did... We have had credit issues in the past, but I was able to give them all our information, and within a couple of hours we were driving home in my new car. I don't like to be hounded by a sales person, and Joe was attentive, to our needs, and let us to come to him.overall it was one of the best car buying experience I have ever had.

After getting what felt like the runaround from another...
After getting what felt like the runaround from another dealer which I did not appreciate, I decided to give Courtesy Ford Lincoln of Rome a try. The atmosphere was extremely friendly and I found the people there very helpful in working to get the vehicle that I was interested in without trying to push a vehicle on me that I didn't really want. I appreciate them taking the time to layout the plain details of the financial options that I had available to me so that I could choose the best option for me. The SYNC system in my new car initially had issues connecting and working with my phone. It was late in the day and I was offered a fuel fill-up in compensation for my inconvenience to come back the next day and get the issue resolved to my satisfaction. This turned out to not be necessary, as later that evening, it began working properly and has flawlessly since. The offer that I received, though not needed and accepted, is much appreciated. Great service and recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with Courtesy Ford. Joe Flanigan, my car salesman, made purchaing an automobile very enjoyable. He always answered my e-mails and phone calls very promptly, but he was not overly aggressive. Although my purchase was a foreign car, Joe was very helpful in answering any question I had about the car. I recommend anyone who is in the market for a car to contact Joe. This was truly the best experience, from start to finish, I have ever had when purchasing a car.

We shopped 5 dealerships. We knew exactly what we wanted...
We shopped 5 dealerships. We knew exactly what we wanted and what we could spend. 4 of the dealerships told us we were out of our minds that they could not come close to putting a deal together like what we wanted. I called Courtesy at 9:30 on a Sunday night expecting to leave a voice mail and Joe answered. He promptly followed up with me Monday morning and by the end of the week he had us in our 2012 Expedition. All of the people at Courtesy are AMAZING.

I shopped for several months looking for a 2010 Mustang...
I shopped for several months looking for a 2010 Mustang with low miles for the right price. I finally found the car I wanted with a good price at Courtesy Ford, Rome GA. I started conversation with saleman Joe Flanigan over the phone. I knew I was very interested but I live 100 miles away. It took me a couple days to get to the Dealership and Joe agreed to hold the car for me with my credit card. Joe was very personal, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Once I test drove the car - I knew I wanted it. Rick who handled the finance did a great job as well. He had me already approved through the Bank when I mentioned I had spoken to Lockheed Credit Union who was offering me a lower interest rate. Rick redid all of my finance paperwork which saved me a trip to Lockheed Credit Union the next day as well as saving on the interest rate from 4.29 down to 2.85%. I could not be happier with the great service from Courtesy Ford, Rome. I've been buying cars for 30 years and this was by far the best buying experience of any car dealership I've dealt with.

Elmo, I spoke to you and the salesperson and I'm sorry about the misunderstanding of the Lincoln MKT not coming with navigation between you and your wife.
