Scheduled an appointment to replace the battery in my 2021 F150. Scheduling was fast and easy. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time and my truck was immediately taken into the shop and work completed. Shop manager came to the customer waiting room to advice me that the work had been completed and also gave my vehicle a much needed washing. Very prompt and courteous service.

Service repairs two times.
Service repairs two times. First time retuned the car to finish fixing it. Second time there was a 2-1/2 month delay in getting the car fixed. The insurance company had to contact us several times since they weren’t getting a response from Brown’s.

Browns went out of their way to help us out when our
Browns went out of their way to help us out when our camper broke down. They went above and beyond helping us with our camper, not only fixing it but showing us things we did not know about the camper. They were also very patient with us. Also, for the work they did on the camper I found the cost of fixing up was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend that if you have a problem with your camper to consider browns.

Dianne in the service department was AMAZING to work
Dianne in the service department was AMAZING to work with! Timely communication and service. She has a warm friendly smile and deminer to her and truly seems to care about the customer. I would recommend Browns in Guttenberg and Dianne in their service department to anyone. If I could give 10 stars I would.
