I would consider my one and only recent experience with Community Ford less than acceptable and not what I would expect from an actual dealership. In... our search for a new vehicle, my wa year old daughter found an ideal one through Community Ford's website and reached out to them immediately to schedule a test drive. After returning from the test drive of a 2013 Honda Civic Si, she pointed out to the salesperson that the TPMS light was on, on the dash. I thought it odd since he indicated they had just installed a couple of new tires however he indicated he would check with the service department. He returned shortly and advised us that the tire just needed air. As we waited, the credit department started the approval process. Unbeknownst to me, they took it upon themselves to run my credit through SEVEN different agencies causing my personal credit score to drop 4 points within an hour. Do to my daughter's financing challenges, we opted to secure financing through our personal bank (with no issues) and returned two days later to purchase the vehicle. At that time, she negotiated $400 off the total price. A.) Because the salesperson tried to initially charge us more for the vehicle then what it was listed for online, B.) Because of the credit department debacle and loss of points on my credit score and C.) I felt they undervalued my daughters trade-in according to KBB. It wasn't until a week later that my daughter discovered that there was more to the issue of the TPMS light being on than the tire simply being low on air. There were actually NO TPMS sensors installed on the vehicle. She immediately contacted her salesperson at the dealership to try to come to some kind of resolution but was advised that there was nothing they could do as they had already taken money off the selling price. At that point, I reviewed the Customer Bill of Rights on their website and opted to contact the general manager. His response was that he considered TPMS sensors on the vehicle as "luxury features" but offered to install four new sensors at the employee discount of a little over $400. Coincidentally, close to the same amount that we negotiated off the selling price. While the staff was friendly and cordial throughout the process, I will not be returning nor would I recommend this dealership to anyone.

From the first time to buy a truck you manager was on top of everything. We.were greeted by professionals. Joe the manager Joe was the first to greet us... and Tom Accord. Today service kept up the great service and fair pricing. What a great team. Thank you.
The sales people and financial people were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel as though they really cared about us. They even stayed past closing... hours to complete our transaction.

Great place to do business Staff actually cares for customer concern
Saw car we wanted on cars.com. Emailed dealer to confirm price. Met with Conner to go over car. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Car was priced to sell... so there was no haggle over price. I didn't have a trade so that made it even easier. Finance guy did get a little upset that we went with our own financing, but he will get over it. Overall it was a pleasant easy experience.
Reuben was great to work with. He answered all our questions. Great service at Community Ford.
