We dropped our truck off for an appointment. Went TWO DAYS with no communication. No call backs, nothing. Finally just drove up there to pick up our vehicle.... Still wanted us to pay for "looking" at the vehicle. DO NOT use their service department.

Worst service department need better customer service. We were lie too. Would not recommend service department.Vehicle was not repaired had to return to... service department Service department didn’t return phone call are text.

Overall I am very pleased with the purchase & purchase process at All-star Dodge. Very courteous & professional. No comments on service at this time due... to no prior experience. Even after the deal was completed I had some things that were not completely clear and the dealership staff promptly set my mind at ease. The finance manager Jesse & sales rep Robby were very professional & courteous.

I have had a problem with my 2017 Ram. Documents provided. When I returned for my first oil change dealer informed me that a ox was in but they could not... install due to the code not presently on. I was directed to check with the dealer periodically to see if a fix had been released. I would not recommend the truck or Dealer to anyone.

Overall experience was good! The 300s is marvelous auto with all the latest technology. The sales person, Donna Wiggins, was upfront, courteous and followed... up on sale. Jon Goodart, the general manager, met with me twice, personally, to go over concerns we had about the purchase process. He answered all my questions and was never rushed. Great team!

make an 8am appointment for warranty repair and recall repair, then I have to call at 4pm . only to be told they haven't even looked at the vehicle!!!!... Soooo the appointment means absolutely NOTHING!!! It always takes forever for anything I've had done there, even just to get an oil change!!! I will never purchase another vehicle or get any service for my jeep there!!! I've never had a good experience with service work there.

Had truck in shop over week service advisor not returning calls after 10 days fed up with them picked up truck got home found problem in a few mins. Suggest... you find shop that will work on your car not this one.
