All Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Denham Springs

We went in to look at a dodge Durango rt . We couldn’t come up with a note we were comfortable with so we left. Next morning they blew my phone up saying they got my note below what I wanted to pay. Ok wonderful you have a deal I said. Getting dressed and heading your way . Hey a call a few minutes later that someone else was on the way and were buying the vehicle. What a crock you blow my phone up with calls and text messages waking everyone up including my two babies and once we said we heading that way to purchase y’all call me back and say don’t come we have someone else on the way. That is bad business when we were already coming.

Absolutely the worst experience with a dealership EVER! We were there ALL day and kept getting put aside for the salesman and sales manager to help other customers! We were traveling through the state when we lost our motor. We were at the dealer from 6:30 am until 5pm! There was a recall on our truck, so they scheduled us for 1st thing Monday morning on our way back through the state, and again we were stuck at the dealership until about 4pm! THEN the dealership did not complete all the paperwork and send it to our state for registration. We went through 2 temporary tags, waiting for the dealership to send all the paperwork after NUMEROUS calls from both me and my husband. We ended up paying the late fees to our Tax Collector Office out of pocket so that we could get our truck registered and tags, and was told from the dealership that they would overnight me a reimbursement check to pay me back for there error. Here it is, 2 months later, and after MANY calls and texts, I STILL HAVEN'T gotten reimbursed!! I would NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE!

Trey was amazing and I believe the young lady that helped us was named Hannah, she was the best, they’re both super friendly, made us feel right at home, like WE mattered, and worked with us to make the entire experience totally worth the 2 hour drive. The finance manager was also very helpful and I think all three of them should be commended on the excellent customer service they provide to every customer they deal with. I had a 2017 Ram 1500 Crew Cab Sport and I’ve ALWAYS wanted a Challenger, they made it happen and made it a memorable experience for both my Husband and I, thank you guys, YOU are totally AWESOME!

I just bought a car last Dec 2022 and need change oil. I had over 5000 miles and they suppose to change for free service and one guy used to work there were no longer working there. I waited for an hour and they told me they don’t have the the filter and gasket for my car. I was furious. They should be ready before I brought in my car for an appt. I had to go over to oil change other place and they have the filter and gasket ready and I have to pay them. Im disgusted.
