Sold me a lemon.
Sold me a lemon. Do not recommend. Will probably be out at $10,000 by the time I can find someone to buy my piece of junk Jeep Compass.

Mel we are not sure how you feel you have a "lemon". Going through your service visits we have had you here just a couple of times. The first time you were here the repair order had an oil change and two front tires (10/23 total $529). It was also noted there was a small oil leak, we ordered parts and took care of the repair since you had just purchased the jeep. The next repair order was the part we had ordered was installed. The next visit you felt the vehicle was pulling, so we put back on the alignment machine and made an adjustment without charging you. Almost a year later you returned for an oil change (8/24 total $58.29). In December you came in with a complainant you tire was losing air, you declined the repair we did not charge you anything. And the most recent visit you had a nail in your rear tire that was not repairable. You chose to replace both rear tires different from the precious two tires. And we performed an alignment because we replaced tires. (2/24 total $529). The 3 repairs you have paid for in the time of ownership are for regular wear and tear of a vehicle. Lemon law is for the same problem more than 3 times in less than a year that has not been repaired. It also applies to only brand new vehicles. You have not spent anywhere near $10,000 dollars on the 3 maintenance repair orders.

Thank you for the wonderful review. We appreciate you as a customer and look forward to a long relationship.
Your telephone system is horrible.
Your telephone system is horrible. I found it nearly impossible to speak to anyone in service. Most of my calls went straight to voice mail. None of these messages received a return call. Two of my calls went to one of your stores in Springfield. I won't even say how I was treated there. This type of service has to be hurting your business. Everything is computer managed and when it doesn't work customers quit calling. There is no other option to talk to a person. Enough said. Fix it!

Thank you Mike. We are trying to fix the issue as it has been on going since we switch companies. It has been difficult to catch as it is an intermittent issue. Please know we diligently working to correct the phone issues.
This was a complete disaster.
This was a complete disaster. What started as a quick oil change and spark plug replacement ended up in my turbo being fried due to mechanic ineptitude. They detected a leak in the pipe to to the turbo, which they fixed under warranty, but the mechanic did not reattach the pipe properly. When I left the dealership, the check engine light came up and my car started leaking oil and smoking. I ended up turning around and having to leave the car there overnight. I live an hour away and the roads were icy so I had to stay the night in Peoria to come back the next day to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership they informed me that because the turbo was deprived of oil it was ruined and now the entire thing would require replacing, which would take at least 24 hours. This was on a friday. I was given a loaner vehicle, which they initially told me I would be responsible for gas for, but given the circumstances they agreed to pay for my gas. I returned today to fetch my repaired vehicle. While it works, it now smells like smoke inside and out, even though they say they pressure washed it and I am unsure how this repair will impact the resale value of my vehicle. I'm angry and frustrated by the whole thing and feel as though they didn't do enough to compensate me or try to detail the car to address the smoke damage. This was avoidable. I wasted two days of work waiting for my vehicle and endured a lot of stress for nothing. If they wanted to make things right they would at least offer me a few free oil changes and maybe offer to detail my car to help address the smoke smell. As it stands, once my warranty is up, I will not be servicing my car with you, nor will i recommend anyone else ot you.

We chose Green for service since we were happy with past
We chose Green for service since we were happy with past service. We had a potential recall notice about emission system. Engine light had indicated catalytic converter issue and were told unless the $4,000 oil leak was repaired the light couldn't be assessed. We did have the coolant leak repaired without event. Feel like we were not listened to. The engine light is on and the car will be gathering miles until the recall will not matter. Won't know if that is perception or truth since no one checked. Disappointed.

The sales person was very good and helped me learn about the truck. I like the idea of the warranty for the drive train. I have been back to answer questions about the systems. Great dealership.
