The entire custom order experience started out great.

The entire custom order experience started out great. Once the truck arrived and I was transferred to the sales department, everything went downhill. From the lies and mis-truths from the sales rep, to the financing managers, directors etc. It was a huge negative. Truck was received damaged in shipment. No offer to repair or discount for the truck. I received automated emails from the dealership from the General Manager Henry Finley, it included his email address. I replied to his email that I would love to give my feedback on the purchase that Friday afternoon after I took delivery of the truck. Over 2 weeks later, I never heard from him. So many odd conversations with the sales rep. From a late night phone call asking me if I wanted to use his discount and get a bed liner applied. Just $500 cash... Being told I couldn't use a Ford PCO and X-plan in the same transaction. I had a DIO of the keyless entry pad, and requested it not be installed on the truck so I could place it where I wanted. It was installed on the door. But the mudflaps were not. Huge scratch on the driver rear fender. Sales rep offered zero resolution to repair it before delivery. All he kept saying was it didn't happen here. It is hand wash only due to the size, was never sent thru an automated wash. I understand that. Which means it was damaged in transit on the rail cars. On the day of delivery, I flew in from out of state. I thought they would have all the paperwork completed on their end, I would sign a few papers, hand over a check and walk away. Nope! Spent over 3 hours there waiting on finance. I was offered a bottle of luke warm water for my troubles though. All in all, A depressing finish to an event I had waited months for. If I choose to order a new Ford EVER again, I think I will go to another dealer.

Spoke with a George from the internet call line, and when

Spoke with a George from the internet call line, and when I entered our dealer retrieved him and they sorted out the information regarding vehicles of interest. Afterwards we commenced the test driving and Gregorio was very responsive and helpful regarding the bilingual nature of the conversations. An excellent deal was made and I am very content with what I left the lot with.

I have been a customer of McCombs Ford West for several years and I have always had a good experience. Tarin did an awesome job and was great to work with. He is very personable and made this first car buying experience for my 15 year old daughter an exciting milestone in her life. I will stay a customer of this dealership.
