My Service Advisor was Andre's. My car had to go in for a recall. He took care of setting up the appointment in a timely fashion, and also informing me that my vehicle would be there for 2 days maybe 3. He was awesome in arranging for me to get transportation back home. Then they actually drove my car home to me. This was very important to me because I had no one to be available for those days. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and have gotten great service. Everyone is always friendly, they greet with smiles like seeing an old friend. They keep you informed if there are any changes or tie ups. I could've gone to a closer dealership, but I come here. This is where I will be coming back to for the next one. The Courtesy driver who drove me home was very friendly and respectful. The new Ford Explorer, the stadard model is a very nice ride. They added a little more room in this one. The monitor screen is big too. Keep up the great job!đź‘Źđź‘Ź
