Funny I received a request to do the survey when I still don?t have my car back yet!
Hello Shirley, You've already received a survey because you were having work done in two separate departments. Once your oil change and tire rotatio...n were completed in Quick Lube, they closed their repair order, which generated a survey. Your vehicle has now moved to our Body Shop and upon the completion of that work, you will receive an additional survey. We anticipate your vehicle to be completed early next week.
