mobile service battery replacement was excellent, with my

mobile service battery replacement was excellent, with my car in the garage and the design of the car it would have required a service call to jump start the vehicle, instead the car stayed in one place and received a new battery.

I dropped off the car the day before my appointment for

I dropped off the car the day before my appointment for service. About a couple hours later, they called and said the car was done! Really appreciate the quick service.

My door was replaced with a salvage door and doesn?

My door was replaced with a salvage door and doesn?t close as easy as original door. There was an exhaust hose hanging off axel that was unclamped and charged me $45 to re-clamp it- not sure if was from collision shop not clamping it after they put the bed back on. Both times promised on a date and both times it was a couple days later to be picked up.

When my car was totaled I needed another vehicle as soon

When my car was totaled I needed another vehicle as soon as possible. January was bitterly cold and car shopping was difficult, but Seymour Ford had a number of turned-in leased cars to choose from. My son had just purchased his second truck from Seymour, and his salesman, Caleb, was very helpful to me also. Everything from deciding on a car, to facilitating the financing and explaining the warranty, to showing me how all of the electronic features worked was done clearly and efficiently. The whole process went very smoothly and within a short period of time I had my new-to-me car. I love it!

I couldn?t be happier with a vehicle dealership! They r the best. Just sorry they no longer sell Lincoln?s. I have recommended Seymour Ford to several of my friends and I sure wouldn?t do that unless I was very confident about my experience.
