Great service

Good people; great service

We have had excellent service from people answering phones to sales to service. NO COMPLAINTS! Sales people are extremely helpful and not pushy. Facilities are super clean. Service dept always updates you on how your service is going. The detail shop does a FANTASTIC job!!

Fast service
I called Baum on a Thursday to have tires put on my car. They were delivered to the dealership, & installed on my car on Friday. I was very happy with how easy it was to get the tires right away. And it didn't take more than an hour to get them put on.

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful!!
Over at the detail shop "Becky is the Baum!!" Lol you see what I did there. Seriously though every time I go there for detailing or oil changes everything is top notch. Never had a bad experience and will continue to always come back.

Great people, outstanding service
Our salesperson, Tim Hoyt, was welcoming, personable and did a great job of introducing us to our new Traverse. Rick McGlothlin in Finance was great in explaining all aspects of our lease agreement, and made for a pleasant experience.

They take there time to point out a might be coming problem and always try to help fix it or make appointment to get it fixed before more damage is done.

Good and not so good
The lady who tells you how much services cost, etc. at the front desk is not your cheerful person; she's point-blank about everything, so that you don't feel very welcome to come there. But the mechanics changed that perception to "excellent" by their helpfulness, efficient work, and completeness of the services needed, and their good attitudes.

Sevice
We had air conditioner problems which were covered under warranty and they were able to fix it. We are an elite member so we got to use Scott Baum's truck for the day which was a nice surprise. Thanks Scott
