I bought an Audi Q7 for almost 27k when I was riding the car home I heard a ticking I sent him a video same day, and now not even a month of having this car and the AC is broken down. I don’t recommend these people to anyone they’re not honest..

Car dealer Yassert Padron will lie about the car issues just to make a sale, bought my car 3 months ago and now I have over $10,000 in repairs and 2 months after getting the car the A/C went out. Please do not buy from here

Bought the car last week and it has been at the mechanic for the last 2 days getting $2k worth of mechanical work done. All warning lights went on 2 days after we bought it and it has a huge oil pan leak. These are not new problems. They reset the warning lights and sold the car to us "as is". Disappointed in the dishonesty.

Buyer beware!!! Eddy doesn't deliver on his promises. I test drove a car and thought everything was ok with it so I bought it. Got it transported to where I live which is about 50 miles away. When I drove it the first day it was delivered, all kinds of lights appeared on the dash board. Called Eddy and explained. He suggested I bring the car back for repair but made it difficult for me to bring it back in terms how and when and how long for the repairs. I thought about the inconvenience and the cost of taking the car back and the down time it was going to be, and the cost of renting a car but still decided to take it back only to find out that Eddy changed his mind and didn't want to repair the car anymore. So I ended up with about $700 worth of repairs. I felt misled and deceived. Don't recommend this place.

I haven't Finance in a very long time when I went in to this dealership they instantly let me know I could be help without even going through the process let me tell you something these people are amazing they made me feel so good I have a beautiful vehicle and they work with my budget I recommend them to anybody

So i went to Tampa Auto Source to check out a honda civic si. When i get there everyone was inside the office so I went in and told one of the salesman, Nat, that i wanted to check it out. The car looked nice but was making a moise he claimed he couldn't here. Then we went for a super short test drive on roads with only 35 mph speed limits and the check engine light cane on. When wet got back we went inside to talk numbers. the car was advertised for 10900 online. But since the car had issues I was thinking i would pay 11 out the door and that's it. He said the best he could do is 11600. And said he could most likely give me $2000 for my toyota camry. so I said i would come back with my car in the middle of the week and if the problems on the civic were fixed I'd do it. I came back with the car. Eddy Arias, the "manager" said they can give me 1500 for the car and that's it. I go into the office and talk to Nat and all of a sudden they can get me out the door for 12800 at best. I got it down to 12300. i was financing thru my bank and was $1200 short but i was approved for a bigger loan than i applied for so i told him i could go back the next day to get the difference. So he signed the papers over, i gave them $2000 cash down plus my car and Nat said to get them a check the next day. i said i would do my best. So I drove the car home and of course the check engine light that was supposedly fixed came back on. The next morning i went to the bank and got a new lien receipt with the correct amount. The lien reciept states that i am approved for that amount and that the check is ready to be sent by the bank as soon as the title is active. I had her call Tampa Auto Source and explain that to them. Eddy then called back and i could hear him yelling at the lady at the bank and then he asked to talk to me. He proceeded to yell at me and said it will take 10 days to clear the title and he's not waiting 10 days for his money. At this point they were just too shady for me. He said he'd still do the deal if i financed thru them and i said no I'll bring the car back. Then he was basically screeming at me to get him his car back so i brought it back and wen i got there Eddy was gone and Nat gave me the key to my camry back and a business check for $2000 instead of the cash i gave them the night before. When i went to the bank she said the funds weren't available to cash it. I was pissed and went back to the Tampa Auto to get my actual money and still Eddie wasn't there. i fought with them all day about getting my money and no one could tell me where Eddy was. Finally after about 4 hrs Eddy shows up with $1900 worth of brand new hundreds just like the ones i gave them. And 1 old 100 dollar bill. So basically he spent $100 of my money as soon as i gave it to him. Then he had to go find the money he had spent. Not to mention by this time I had missed an entire day of work dealing with their xx. The whole thing was very shady and i got the vibe Eddy was out doing some illegal dealing to get my money back. When he finally showed his face and gave me the money he told me the check i recieved was meant to be deposited only and not cashed. If I was really stupid I would believe this but I know for a fact any check that has the funds to back it can be cashed or deposited. Thats how all checks work. This place is a joke do not go to Tampa Auto Source they are a bunch of xxxx bags, especially Eddy.

Great purchase of low miles, 2008 Mini Cooper S for my daughter. Staff was attentive to detail and straight forward. During test drive, there was a performance issue with the Sports mode which staff had mechanic resolve on the spot and ended up being a disconnected plug. Car had a few minor cosmetic concerns that I'll be able to take care of with the savings from the good deal provided by dealer. I also received a no nonsense price on my trade-in that made my purchase smoother. Definitely recommend.

I recently filed bankruptcy and started taking the bus, thinking that no one would work with because of my bankruptcy. Tampa Auto Source got me financed and put me in luxury vehicle. I am a women of faith and I of course have the fear of buying a car in fear that I will taken advantage of, but that did not happen. I had to put down a small down payment and my car payments are low. It is a very humbling experience to be without a car after never being without car. I am very thankful to Tampa Auto Source and I would recommend any and everyone to them. Thank you Eddie and God Bless!
