My last experience was ridiculous.

My last experience was ridiculous. Having issues with Transmission while you guys did the diagnostics it took a week or so to be completed didn’t even offer a rental car and then it was like a smack in the face when you offered me $500 to buy back my car I will not be doing any more business with this company.

Regarding the rental car, we understand how important transportation is during service. While rentals are available, they do need to be scheduled in advance to ensure availability. We’ll work on making that clearer during the scheduling process. We typically aim to complete diagnostics within 24–72 hours, but due to recent weather-related delays, our timelines have unfortunately been extended. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused. As for the buyback offer, it was based on the vehicle’s high mileage and the significant cost of reconditioning due to the transmission issue. We understand that this may have felt disappointing, and we appreciate your perspective. We value your feedback and hope this explanation helps clarify the situation. My wife went in for a simple oil change and tire

My wife went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. She was waiting and waiting. It turned out that the service person went on a break and turned the records over to someone else. He did not look at the records and call my wife. She waited for about 2 hours when her car was already finished after about an hour. She finally went to the service desk and was told there her vehicle was finished. She was not happy. Not recommended.
