Jim Butler Chevrolet is a St. Louis area Chevy Dealer and we have been serving the area since 1979. We are proud to say that our business is focused on selling quality New and Preowned vehicles as well as providing the best Automotive Service/Repair and Parts for our customers. The process is not efficient nor clear, there is no point

The process is not efficient nor clear, there is no point to scheduling an appointment.

Very POOR service.

Very POOR service. Does NOT fix issues with the vehicle after numerous visits. Usually have trouble getting a rental car when promised. They had my car for 25 days the last visit and did NOT resolves some of the issues. They also wanted to charge me for some of the services when I stated, WARRANY WORK ONLY!!! There were also things told to me when dropping off the vehicle about repair that needed to be done in a certain time frame that was NEVER mentioned before!!! Trying to get money from me for those items also. When I returned the rental, I was told ( for the first time ever) they would charge me if it took longer than 30 minutes to clean the rental on return. The service manager was VERY ARROGANT and not accommodating to my needs. I traded my car to another dealer and bought from them.... DO NOT buy from Jim Butler in Fenton, Mo.

Horrible communications.

Horrible communications. Too slow. Over 7 days to replace a thermostat even though we made an appointment 2 weeks earlier. Calls not returned.

Great experience.

Great experience. Even though the whole world uses texts to deal, Tyler took the old fashioned route to actually talk to me. Appreciated the extra effort!

I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to Jim Butler !

I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to Jim Butler ! The vehicle I was interested in was not ready for me to look at when I arrived for our scheduled appointment. The financing person was misleading and the Service scheduler ( Alice ) was very rude to me.

Arrived early and they were able to get me in right away.
