I worked with Bryan Palmer on the purchase of a Chevy Express and had a great experience. This was my first purchase of a vehicle online as I reside 500 miles from the dealership. The entire transaction went smoothly start to finish. I could not get to the dealership for a couple of weeks. To finalize the deal the paperwork was overnighted to me. Bryan met me at the airport to take me to the dealership and pick up the van. It was ready to go and even had a full tank of gas. My biggest concern was if Bryan had described the van accurately. I didn’t need to worry, if anything it was better than described. Highly recommend Butler Chevrolet and Bryan Palmer.

Oil change cost over $100 and I waited for TWO HOURS with
Oil change cost over $100 and I waited for TWO HOURS with an appointment. (Going back to Sapaugh…Jim Butler is too expensive!!)

Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service technician. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for our normal routine maintenance services, and we are glad that we were able to live up to the expectations we set for ourselves.
