Service Dept was rude.

Service Dept was rude..I had an appointment for a warranty repair. No one told me when I made the appointment the diagnosis alone would take 24-48 hours. Then why did I have to make an appointment. So I asked for a loaner car. "Oh you have to make a reservation for that. And they are 2 weeks out." How would I have known that I needed a loaner car. They knew ahead of time what the issue was..They should have been more prepared to take care of me. Not me demanding they do their job.

Can't say enough good things about the service department

Can't say enough good things about the service department and rental car department. They helped me in a tight situation where I had no transportation and an important trip to KC. Awesome experience.

Adnan was very easy to deal with. Financing was quick. If you want to sell EV's make sure they are charged when people schedule a test drive.

I loved working with Stacey.

I loved working with Stacey. Very down to earth. We shared a few stories. Not gunna lie, I was not going to purchase the extended warranty, but Stacey made some valid points, SO, I purchased it. If I had one minor complaint, (no fault of Stacey), It would be that I had to pay for the tow to bring the Colorado ZR2 from S. Carolina. You did not have the color I wanted.
