Service department is horrible.

Service department is horrible. After having all my service work done there I decided to change my own oil because I didn't have hours to sit in there and wait. While removing my skid plates I noticed multiple bolt holes are stripped out, my rear skid plate only had 3 bolts and they were not the same as factory bolts, my drain plug was way overtightened to the point I thought it was going to strip and my oil filter was so tight I had to put a hole in it to get it off. They've forgotten to tighten my oil filter before causing a huge oil leak and they don't always rotate your tires when you pay for them to do it. I mark my tires every time I go in there and have caught them not rotating them. Worst Service techs ever. Advisors are nice but the techs make them all look bad

Bryce was great.

Bryce was great. The financing process took too long because the finance dept. individual was new, only his fourth day doing it. He was very courteous and apologetic, but it still took way too long. We arrived at the dealership at 11 AM and left at ~4:45 PM.

Aaron was off.

Aaron was off. Called and had trouble trying to figure out when my trade for used truck was in the process of getting repairs made. When Aaron returned he followed up with me in the first hour. The girls / ladies that answer the calls were great and tried to help me. Jason did a nice job of explaining things to my wife and me. Overall very pleasant experience. This is my 5th Toyota pick up. All have been excellent in quality and workmanship ! Great vehicles!
