In 11/22 as part of my 30,000 service the desk rep

In 11/22 as part of my 30,000 service the desk rep insisted that I was to have my brake fluid replaced. Manual said it should be checked. I ended up paying $180+ unnecessarily. Called service manager in early 2023 three times and left messages, never got a call back. Finally talked with Shawn and he said the best that you could do was give me a free oil change. I have purchased three new cars from you. Not happy!

‼️Buyer Beware ‼️If you’re looking for a safe vehicle please shop anywhere else but here. I bought a vehicle from here in September and after numerous trips to their service shop to fix multiple issues, they have now refused to work on the vehicle they sold me or acknowledge the warranty I purchased. I think it’s also worth noting they accidentally gave me a piece of paper that was not supposed to be in my paperwork showing they sold the car to me at a markup from their cost well over $5000 for the vehicle, which would be understandable if they had serviced it in any way or if was a nice reliable safe car. This vehicle is stalling on roadways while I have 2 kids In the car and they are now refusing to work on it , sad way to do a family around the holidays or to do business in general.

The dealership called me to offer a special for an oil

The dealership called me to offer a special for an oil change and tire rotation. We made an appointment for Dec 5 at 10am. When I arrived at 10, there were vehicles lined out the door. I was told they 'were a little behind ' and it would be an hour and a half max. At 12:05, I walked out to see when I would be finished. My vehicle was in the completed line. Not sure how long it had been there. Not sure the purpose of an appointment when it takes over 2 hours for an oil change. I won't be returning. Service department seems very disorganized.

This was our second purchase at Carver and the staff are

This was our second purchase at Carver and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Never a problem when purchasing or getting service done on our cars. Shea is fabulous to work with and feels like a longtime family friend to me and my wife.

Best car buying experience I've ever had.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. I did most of the process over the phone, and when I arrived, everything was in place for me. They even put a Happy Birthday bow on my vehicle. Every single question I had was answered. I didn't feel pressured. Everyone I worked with was so sweet and really good with my 4 year old daughter. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Good experience.

Good experience. I appreciate the Good service and overall atmosphere. Oscar was the best and very patient, had to wait a bit for me to get some information.

Shea was amazing to work with.

Shea was amazing to work with. I never felt pressured and he was able to answer literally every question I threw at him about the vehicle. He seemed to care and wanted to be helpful. He's an old soul out of time and place in this new world; very refreshing.
