My car has been there for 3 months.

My car has been there for 3 months. I was given a new service adviser. David Alcantar that has helped in no way. I keep being told they're speaking to the jaguar people in the UK, but can not figure out how to get a transmission to work on my vehicle. This is beyond a nightmare. I've never dealt with a situation like this. They don't care and just try to placate you. Telling me their techs are the best in Texas. All of Texas?? But, can't figure out how to configure a transmission. This has been a nightmare and no resolution in site.
