Great service

Bought a 2016 ford explorer from mills ford in Baxter . My salesman Don Griggs and the staff at Mills are number one in quality. It was worth our drive again from St. Cloud.

Great customer service

Had a problem with my vehicle. Previous dealership wasn't willing to stand behind their work. Eric and the mills ford team go above and beyond with service. Will definitely be back.

Oil Change

Just had an oil change. While waiting, had the shuttle bring me to Fleet Farm for some shopping so saved some time. Only complaint is that my phone went off at about 0045 Hrs waking me up with a text message reminding me of the oil change appointment a couple of days ahead. Would appreciate that not happening again in the future.

Thank you for choosing Mills! We did recently add the texting feature to our system for reminders and did not realize the time frames they went out upon set up, so for that we sincerely apologize! We have made the corrections for future that the text messages will only go out from 8AM to 9PM on reminders.

Buying a car and getting service

Purchased a 2016 Escape. The service was very good. The staff is always very nice and helpful. This is the 3rd car I bought through Chuck Cole. I feel he is honest and always very helpful. Every time he sees me when I come in for service he always checks to see if everything is going good with the car and that I am getting the help I need. The person that processed the sale was also very helpful and took the time to explain everything.

Service and quality of work is good.

Ridiculous that I have to schedule and wait 3-4 days for an oil change and tire rotation.
