I never once felt undermined or talked down to, passed off or disregarded as a lot of times women are when purchasing a car. Great offer was made and there was no low ball offer. He totally took care of me an understood what I was looking for--albeit, I honestly wasn't in the market to buy a new car..... The deal was THAT good and Tyler was that awesome that I just couldn't walk away from it. I will definitely be seeing him again in 3 years when I will be ready to trade in this car for the next new one! For reference: I was in a 2021 Ford Edge (upset that they were discontinued) and I left with a 2024 Ford Explorer XLT.
