Very relaxed and friendly dealership.

Very relaxed and friendly dealership. We had an excellent experience with Taylor B. – He helped us figure out the right Bronco for what we need and communicated well without being pushy. We made a deal and had our new car the next business day! Great experience.

I had the absolute best experience from Bob Johnson Ford

I had the absolute best experience from Bob Johnson Ford of Avon. Tyler was amazing, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I never once felt undermined or talked down to, passed off or disregarded as a lot of times women are when purchasing a car. Great offer was made and there was no low ball offer. He totally took care of me an understood what I was looking for--albeit, I honestly wasn't in the market to buy a new car..... The deal was THAT good and Tyler was that awesome that I just couldn't walk away from it. I will definitely be seeing him again in 3 years when I will be ready to trade in this car for the next new one! For reference: I was in a 2021 Ford Edge (upset that they were discontinued) and I left with a 2024 Ford Explorer XLT.

Tyler Colegrove was fantastic from start to finish.

Tyler Colegrove was fantastic from start to finish. I inquired online and he responded with a quick phone call. We set up an appointment I went in found the car I wanted he got the paperwork going and I drove off of my new car. Everything took less than an hour. I suggest if anybody wants to look for a car or buy a car call and make an appointment at Bob Johnson Ford in Avon and with Tyler!!

As an out of state buyer, my salesman Taylor B. went way above and beyond to ensure my buying experience was the best it could be for a remote, out of state buyer.
