Not honest GM of the dealership. Plus salesman. Office workers. . Not following through of legal paperwork transfers. Failed to transfer the title I traded into those salesman plus the GM.

They assured us that the vehicle was in good condition. Flew all the way from Pasco to pick up the vehicle only to find that it barely ran and the inside had been cut up and nothing worked. The photos didn’t show any of this and of course they lied and had me fly out there for nothing. Terrible, dishonest dealership. Steer clear of them!

Got there and couldn't find the key. Seemed very unorganized. We walked out to look thru the windows and the seats Esp. passangers was covered in mold. Horrible place.

Went car shopping on my own for the first time and didn't know what to expect. 405 Motors was a low pressure car dealership. Ken was super helpful and patient as I asked questions around the cars and the process.

I had asked for additional photos, instead of sending photos dealership wanted my mobile/smart phone number. When I repeated the instructions to send the photos to my email address, they did not reply and did not send the photos.

This dealership does not disclose rebuilt or salvage title on their listings. Call and ask before you go all the way out there. I wasted 2 hours, only 1 RAV was clean title.
