I bought a certified preowned grand cherokee on July 8th.
I bought a certified preowned grand cherokee on July 8th. On july 17th, my check engine light comes on. After multiple attempts to get it in, I am finally able to get it checked out on July 28th. On July 30th I am told my car is unsafe to drive due to a software issue. I thought this was odd, so I requested maintenance records on the vehicle. I noticed less than a year before it was getting multiple fuses replaced due to severe mouse damage that was not disclosed to me or carfax and hidden. As well as the multiple oil leaks. I would avoid this dealership as they are HUGE liars and only care about the sale. Oh and they also add an $800 theft protection on without asking, just sneak it into the loan.

I have emailed and called and no one responds. I emailed that exact email. I want a refund or a new car I can drive safely! Not a loaner!

Justin was my salesman and the gal in finance was very good to help with everything. Answer all my questions and made the whole transition. Very good. I wanna thank everybody over there

Terrible dealership.
Terrible dealership. Horrendous service department and the sales and especially the management team are a joke ! Buy elsewhere.

Service department is terrible.
Service department is terrible. Don't waste your time. They do not "hear you". My car was there 10 business days and after several calls I kept getting the standard we're so busy reply. Diagnostic scan had 3 alerts and all they did was reset the check engine light, tell me I had nothing to worry about and to come and get my car.

TERRIBLE SALES TEAM.
Was attempting to buy a car and was told it would be held. Showed up to the dealer and they said they sold it about an hour ago, never called never notified me. Once we got to Dewey they made us sit and wait took all of our information before they said “we sold that car earlier”. Everyone I spoke with had a different story and some even changed their own stories multiple times. TERRIBLE SALES TEAM WPULD NOT RECOMMEND DEWEY AT ALL!!!!!

My 2014 Jeep wouldn’t go into gear reliably and had a
My 2014 Jeep wouldn’t go into gear reliably and had a throttle control warning light. After a week in the dealer’s service center, the issue was diagnosed as a weak battery. They charged more than $600. In the past I would have done this work myself (a lot faster and for a lot less money) and the issue was more straightforward to diagnose myself or with the help of an auto parts store.

Impeccable Customer service
My car had been serviced by another local jeep dealership yet I still found myself sitting on the side of the road 2 days later. I called Dewey Dodge/Jeep and was blessed to find Stacey. She has gone above and beyond to help me throughout the repair process. She has managed the extended warranty as well as assisting with the repair of damage incurred by the other dealer. She has kept me apprised at every stage. Every dealership needs a Stacey!
