Hatchco

I've taken several vehicles to them for repairs...One the few out there who really want it done right! Quality service and they back up what they do! Love this place...I won't go anywhere else!

I bought a truck from them and I asked about a wire going between the headlights that was not OEM. I was told that LED headlights were installed and use lower voltage but the headlights did work. I found out later that night, only the brights worked. Upon further troubleshooting, I found the headlight bulbs are Halogen and not LED. I believe they knew this and only wanted to sell the vehicle!!!! DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!!!!!!!

Dishonest. Lied to my face. Low quality vehicles. Cover up. I'm looking at large repair costs because of a lie from these guys. Would not recommend to anyone.

This is the first and only review I have ever written on the internet. That being said, you will see how strongly I recommend them. My wife and I recently purchased a Suburban from Hatchco. We were looking for a Suburban for sometime. We had been to the big guys. We went to the not so friendly guys, we went to a lot of places. The problems with the big guys are; large fancy buildings that they have to flip the bill for. Who flips the bill? The customers. My least favorite answer when buying a vehicle at any dealer is the dreaded LET ME ASK MY MANAGER. I don't know what goes on when they ask the manager, but I bet it looks like a scene from a comedy. The manager daring them to see how long they can keep you there, and betting on how long you have until you break. I never heard, not onetime LET ME ASK MY MANAGER at Hatchco. We had a very nice vehicle that we traded in at Hatchco. At the other dealers I would have to sit and dicker back and forth to get them to offer me insult after insult for a trade value. Hatchco offered a very fair trade value first time no dickering. The sales team at Hatchco were a buyers complete dream! Fair, honest, and most of all friendly. Pricing on Hatchco vehicles is spot on. We live 60 miles away from Hatchco, and the next time my family or I are looking for a vehicle. I guarantee I will start my search at Hatchco with Morgan. Just bought a car at Hatchco and had the most stress free pressure free experience! Once they knew what I was looking for they worked tirelessly to get me the best vehicle for the price range I needed. I couldn't be happier their service is outstanding ! I never felt rushed or pressured. Then when I decided on a vehicle they had the deal written up, bank approved and out the door in a very short time! These are car dealers you can trust! We buy all our cars from Hatchco! They bend over backwards to make sure that you are satisfied. I have told them what I have wanted and they get it for me. We have a beautiful Buick Verano, it has everything that I wanted and more. Good people, these guys are the real deal, no dickering, they give you the price and stick to it, no wondering if you could get a better price out of them like when I used to buy from other dealers. They have great cars at great prices and if they don't have it, they will get it! Love you guys! You are the best! Stopped in to Hatchco on a Wednesday as a reference from a friend, met Morgan and Kevin for the first time. Told them that I was in need of two vehicles (one vehicle for me and one vehicle for my wife). They immediately took me through their inventory and found two vehicles that met exactly what I was asking for and for the price I was asking for. We went out of town and by the next Monday, my wife and I were in our vehicles with literally zero hiccups and great communication along the way. Morgan followed up with us a week later to make sure we were happy with our vehicles and if there was anything else we needed from him. Thanks for the help, we appreciate it!

Found exactly the new truck I wanted, at a great price. Larry Miller tried to give me the hard sell, at $10k more than I ended up paying. Kevin and the boys were more interested in finding the truck that I wanted, not about getting my money. Great group of guys, and a heck of a lot better experience than the "typical" auto dealer.

BOUGHT 13 YEAR OLD DODGE TRUCK FROM KEVIN M.NO SPIN ON ON ITS LIKE NEW.I REALIZE WHAT A 13 YEAR OLD TRUCCH IS LIKE.TRUCK WAS IN GOOD CONDITION FOR THE YEAR YOU COULD SEE SOME EFFORT WAS PUT INTO MAKING IT AS DRIVABLE AND AS CLEAN AS A 13 YEAR OLD TRUCK COULD BE.RUNS GREAT NO BIG PROBLEMS.PLACE IS SMALL FAMILY OWNED NO BIG BOX PRESSURE.THEY REALLY LIKE DODGE TRUCKS THERE.THANKS MORGAN AND KEVIN.

These guys are awesome! They were easy to work with and made the buying process comfortable. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want and were very considerable in a deal that worked for my family and I. They fixed all repairs that were needed on the car without hesitation. After buying cars from big dealerships that drug me through the mud I was hesitant on buying another car from a dealership these guys have restored my faith that there are great dealerships out there.
