Hatchco

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Hatchco with absolutely no issues! The salesmen are great and extremely helpful. Both times they went out of their way to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. I know many others who have also purchased from Hatchco without any issues. They take great pride in their work and it shows by their huge efforts to keep their customers happy. If you're looking for an honest dealership, this is one of the few left out there; I wouldn't buy from anyone else.

Bought a truck from them a few weeks ago. This truck is an absolute pile of junk. The day we drove it off the lot is had issues. Called them up, and they avoived our phone calls and never returned a call back. We've spent already 600$ in repairs, and now the vehicle is in the shope and un driveable. Would have never purchased this if I knew I was going to be in the hole like I am now with this Vehicle. My heart is absolutly broken over this. They need better mechanics to look over their vehicles instead of pushing vechiles out to make a buck! They told me that their was nothing that they can do for me or help.

I bought a pickup from them 6 weeks ago and paid for it in cash and credit card in full upon pickup. They told me that it takes a while get the title released from the bank since they apparently owed money on it. So they gave me a temporary plate for 6 weeks. I still didn't get the title 4 days before my temporary plates expired so I called and they said they'd overnight it. So I called again 2 days later and they said they had shipped it overnight the previous day. So another day later - still no title- they told me a story about one of their employees lying about the shipping etc. Now my plates are expired, I can't drive my pickup anymore without risking to get a ticket and I wonder what else they lied about...
