At the end of the day, they sell reliable cars. I've purchased 2 vehicles here in the last 3 years and have not had a single problem with how the cars run. My only complaint is that when I showed up to Star the car I wanted to look at was at another location and they told me it would driven over within 10 minutes. It was more like 2 hours. But like I said, at the end of the day, they sell good cars at the right price.

Upon arrival after my over 2.5 hour trip to get to taj Auto mall the vehicle I requested to test drive was no where to be found. I was told they brought over a similar vehicle that was in better shape, mind you I talked to them the previous day about what I was interested in. At this point I asked what was wrong with the vehicle I was interested in, something with the suspension two motor mounts and some other things was not the response I was expecting. I had them go get said vehicle so I could test drive it, much to my surprise after being on their inventory so long had yet to be vacuumed xxxx even watered down. The only reason the facilities get a two was they did offer us a water and coffee upon arrival. BUYER BEWARE!

Bad people poor service please stay away from their dealership. Very very poor experience.

HI, Not used to going to dealers been fortunate enough to buy my cars privately but needed one fairly quick so decided to try them since their prices were so good. To my relief they were very professional and friendly. Our sales girl Chelsea couldn t be better. Knowlgable and friendly she made the whole process relaxed. When she agreed to alow me to take the vehicle to my mechanic I knew they werent trying to scam me. Ended up buying a 2010 nissan versa. It had a slight issue and they took it in for repair which they did no problem. Told my son about it and he ended up buying a 2015 Kia Sedona.

I ask 6 times for pictures of a van they had listed, I kept getting the run around. I even went there and the manager said he would take care of it. It's been 4 weeks and still no van or pictures. Customer service person keeps calling me and asking if there is any other information she can get me. All I kept saying is pictures. I will not buy from them.

Wow! I don't have enough good things to say about Star Auto Mall. If your thinking of buying a car in the ABE area you must go to Star. The salesman who helped me, Larry, was incredibly helpful, did not try to push the sale, and was very patient with me while I decided on the car I wanted. Ryan and Ishmael were able to get me financing that exactly fit what I could afford, with a lender that gave a great rate. The warranty they offer for their cars is top notch. Even the employees that weren't helping me, like Chelsea, were polite and more than happy to hold a conversation while I waited for approval. You are doing yourself a disservice if you are car shopping and don't go to Star. 10/10 would buy again.

Ishmael could not have been more helpful! Without his effort we would not have been able to purchase the car because we are in MA and the rules are very different for title and taxes. Can't say enough good about him!

I bought a Volvo S60 from Frank. Two days after the purchase I had a problem that they took care of professionally and without delay. Joe the finance manager was great. He kept his Promises and took care of the customer (me). I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a quality used car. I do have to mention that they did leave me with an empty tank the day I picked up the car.
