He found the car that allowed me the no money down and low payments.. he used all his 30+ years of experience to help me have a smooth and calm exchange. I came in today not with any expectations at all, but found a couple cars I was interested in. Emmet came up to us offering his assistance, we said we were looking around for now, and he gave us our space. After we found the couple we liked, he came back and walked us through the process without being pushy. We were able to test drive both vehicles we were looking at, and when we made our decision, he made the process easy and painless. Definitely recommend this dealer!

I recommend with reservation. Immediately after taking possession please take your car to your own reliable mechanic. I discovered my car needed front tires and rear shocks. Star Auto did put on new replacements with no argument, but I wonder why I was sold a car needing tires.

Emmet at Star Auto Mall is an unsung hero of the auto sales world. I wasn't able to drive down to Bethlehem to test the car when I hoped and the loan I had prepped for the car I was looking for couldn't be applied to it. But Emmet and his team went out of their way to help me and get me into the car I wanted. It took some time though, almost 2 weeks of waiting though that wasn't their fault since they had to source service from a local Hyundai dealer whom was inundated with work. But in the end Emmet worked tirelessly to get my car to me and even facilitated one of the employees to drive it down to me the moment it was available. In the end I'm more than happy with the work Star Auto Mall and Emmet did and most of all I love the car! I would recommend them to anyone I know or anyone looking to buy a great car!
