Sold me a car with no fobs for keys. 1 day after purchase ....car alarm activated with me in car and I could not turn alarm off because I had no fob... (key remote)then the car would not start because of alarm activation. We were left stranded and had to call a tow truck. Nightmare. I called Star Auto Mall about this issue and left a message because it was Sunday. Nobody returned my call . I had to buy fobs from auto locksmith for $159.00 ! Not happy. I think it was very unprofessional to sell a car without remote fob. I didn't appreciate being left stranded or my wife so they could save a few bucks on purchasing at least 1 fob. UPDATE : Glenn , Star Auto Mall Regional Manager reached out to me and offered to reimburse me for key fobs witch made a bad situation good again ! Really appreciate the customer service provided ! Star Auto Mall does care about their customers. This is refreshing in a day and age where alot of used car dealers get a bad reputation. I am satisfied and the finance department was great also.I would recommend this dealership😊
I had a great experience last night with purchasing my car. Jazz was my sales consultant. He was very informative, no pressure sale and went over and above... his job description. I would highly recommend Jazz! If I could have given him a 10 he would get it! Star Auto on 191 is the place to go for your auto buying

Horrible experience, drove two hours just to hear the price on the vehicle was misprinted. Wouldn't honor listed price. Had a scheduled appointment with... an employee that I was told wasn't even working that day. Vehicle that I was going to test drive had no gas in it. All in all a bad experience. No preparation or care on the dealerships end.

Good experience with Roger. Highly recommend him. Down to earth, no nonsense. Still have to take my new car to get some repairs on the we owe list,... will wait until they are completed to post final review. But so far , much better than any experience at Star in Hellertown, they will screw you in a second if given the chance.

After I got the car home from the dealership i noticed a chip in the front windshield I thought that it was a chip after I brought it home and called my... insurance company for a chip repair and had an appointment at Safelight auto glass and was told that they wouldn't fix it because it was already repaired once and now I need to replace the front windshield

The dealership was great. Doing business with a "smaller" place was definitely better then the three "bigger" names i saw prior. None of the extras. One... problem though...100 miles in and my check engine light is on. 🤔
