I’ve bought two cars with Sean and I will be back in...

I’ve bought two cars with Sean and I will be back in early next year to buy another. He didn’t send me through hours of issues and up-saling like I’ve had at other dealers. Not a pushy person, but he does want to get the sale done-you are there to buy a car after all- in the car that you want to drive away in. Even if it means ordering it in. I recommend asking for Sean immediately after walking on Taylor’s lot, I do.

James Meek was knowledgeable and there to help and not push. He was a class act and I felt like we were dealing with a straight shooter. This is the second vehicle we’ve bought from Taylor’s and they’ve always been helpful

I went to Taylor's because I fell in love with a bright...

I went to Taylor's because I fell in love with a bright green car on the website and James Meek not only had the car warmed up and ready for us when we got there but made sure that everything went so smoothly for us! Thankfully I knew exactly the car I wanted and we were in and out so fast, I was surprised! Clean, professional and courteous, I don't think we'll be going anywhere else for future cars!

Read contract. changed the price from negotiated price....

Read contract. changed the price from negotiated price. Raised price to original listing instead of what I agreed to. Signed paper on agreed price actual contract was different.

Dealership sold me a used car with a bad engine. The car...

Dealership sold me a used car with a bad engine. The car is now sitting in the shop waiting for the extended warranty (which I purchased with the vehicle) to decide if they will pay to fix it or not. The engine was bad before I bought it so it falls back on the dealership but they are fighting hard to get my warranty to cover it. So for 2 weeks I have had no car (the rental coverage through the extended warranty is actually very poor) and no approval for the shop to do the repairs yet. I had a great salesman, but I would never buy from this dealership again. Their service department is obviously shady and pawned this mess off on an unsuspecting buyer.

Mr Cooper is a asset to your company. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. He made buying a truck fun. It was more like talking and working with a friend. That go’s a long way with me and will with others. I give Taylor’s AutoMax two thumbs up. Thanks for all your help, Great job Ron Cooper.
