The group at Taylor’s had the exact car we were looking for with low Mileage. The process was made easy. Tom was great in helping us navigate the process. But the entire team was ready to serve us well Including David, Ron , and Kris. At the end of the sale Glenn made the signing wrap up a breeze. No pressure and just good help. Would recommend!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Taylor Auto Max was disappointing enough that I feel others should know what to look out for before purchasing a vehicle there. The actual purchase process was smooth and easy, which makes the rest of this experience even more frustrating. When I took delivery of my used vehicle, it had not been properly cleaned, the oil had not been changed, the fuel tank was not topped off, and the DEF tank was completely empty. These are basic items that most customers reasonably expect a dealership to address before delivering a vehicle. Before purchasing, I specifically asked the salesperson whether all recalls and vehicle issues had been evaluated and addressed. I was told yes. Unfortunately, while driving the vehicle home, I immediately began experiencing problems. When I contacted the salesperson, I was essentially told, "I already told you how to fix this," despite the fact that I had already followed those instructions. I was then told to bring the vehicle in and that the issue could be fixed in about 15 minutes. When I arrived, there was no appointment on the schedule. The vehicle was eventually scanned, and the results showed more than a page of diagnostic trouble codes and issues. This left me questioning whether the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected at all before being placed on the lot. My advice to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Taylor Auto Max: don't simply take someone's word that everything has been inspected and repaired. Ask to see the vehicle scan report yourself, verify that recalls have been completed, and confirm that any diagnostic codes have been addressed before signing paperwork. It's unfortunate because the sales transaction itself was easy and pleasant. However, had the dealership taken the time to properly inspect and prepare the vehicle before putting it on the lot, this entire situation could have been avoided. Based on my experience, I will not be returning.
