This is the fourth vehicle the Montana Electric Cooperatives’ Association has bought from Taylor’s and Ron Cooper. We couldn’t be happier with how we are treated. Coop is our first call whenever we need a vehicle.

He created a COMFORTABLE ATMOSPHERE from the moment my wife and I met him! He was knowledgeable about current market conditions, his own inventory, and even competitors positions compared to Taylor’s. Austin was able to give us professional service during every moment of the sale. From the selection process, to the test drive, to allowing my wife and I personal space for discussion between ourselves and to inspect the vehicles, and finally, he fought on our side during the negotiation process! Also, Cole M. was very efficient and genuine as he helped us build a finance and warranty package that suited our expectations. Thank you Cole! After we spent a long day running from lot to lot looking...

After we spent a long day running from lot to lot looking for an affordable car, we met up with Sean Kellogg. He was quite knowledgeable and friendly regarding the car we found interest in, and with that, it became our choice! Thank you for your patience while working with us, and being able to answer the questions regarding the passing power, and the handling during winter driving. Regarding the financial part; I don't quite understand why the added services turned out to be so much more money than expected, and at this point regreting adding them as they're nearly 1/4 the cost of the new car price! The interest rate also went from what we believed to be 1.99% to 2.99% with a credit union the financial dept was affiliated with and not one, we personally, had previously delt with, and, was suggested! The cost went from $21,999. To $26,700. The paperwork does not show the breakdown of all costs as accrued in the transaction. I also feel the "rebate conversation" was misleading.

Sean approached us in the parking lot and offered help...

Sean approached us in the parking lot and offered help without pressure. He convinced me to try to get a better rate than I already had, and he and Cole found an offer 1% less than I had. There were printing issues, beyond anyone’s control, for my license plate and a longer than expected wait. I was compensated for my time with a gas voucher, which I was pleased with. I will recommend you guys, and will return as a customer.
