Jay is probably one of the most, if not the most, professional, understanding person and salesperson. He is very conscience of his customer's wishes and likes, etc. Yes, it was a bit of a wait but that means it is a popular dealership with good sales people. Jay does go out of his way to keep his customers posted on what is happening with their transaction. He is mature, professional and an all out fine person.
