Everything was great. I would’ve like my used GMC have the GMC Certification label on it. Ron was great and very hospitable as was the finance associate. The Maintenance associate was very instructive and showed me where the VFW was up the road. Was worth the drive. Ron was also very instructive and patient with me while getting my ONSTAR and XM radio switched over from my former truck. Ron is a people person.

Ralph was awesome to work with made our decision to purchase the car we were looking at here a easy one. Worked around our tight and last minute schedule to make sure we got into our car and took it home same day.

My salesman James and my finance guy Cole were absolutely awesome! This dealer goes above and beyond to satisfy. I was on the hunt for a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 with the 3.0L diesel long box fully loaded and finally found one in the color I liked at Taylor’s. I immediately called and put a deposit down and with weeks took delivery. Since I was flying in from out of town they worked with me to get all the details taken care of and even drove it all the way to Helena and back for a custom set of wheels and tires I bought for it to get them installed. James professionalism, can do attitude, stellar customer support skills coupled with his kind and helpful attitude cannot be underestimated. MANAGEMENT—recognize James for an outstanding job! Cole took care of all the paperwork and got it overnighted to me to sign and send back. He even realized an error to my benefit and said not to worry the dealer will take care of it and me and will leave it all the original price. Cole was fantastic in getting me the right numbers and the right deal for the right payment. Taylor’s people don’t push, are exceeding customer expectations and have the genuine recipe to dominate the market…this coming from someone who majored in professional sales and marketing. Keep up the outstanding work! If you are in the market for car…no matter where you are, there are only two dealers in the entire nation I would do business with; Taylor’s Auto Max and Ken Garff.
