I was in the market for a Nissan King Cab 4WD pick up. I saw on the internet that Taylor’s Auto Max had one that was exactly what I was looking for. Since I live in Seattle, I contacted Jay Constantino at Taylor’s and discussed the truck. He personally test drove it for me and assured me it was just what I had been looking for. Two days later I flew in to Great Falls and picked up my truck. I met with Jay and Dave, and 20 minutes later I was on my way in my new truck. Absolutely seamless transaction and you won’t find a better price or a better group to deal with.

Sean was great to work with. He listened to our specific needs, and made sure we knew our options. He was patient as we explored each one, and came to our final decision. But when it came to getting a trade in value, we were not given honesty. We did research on how much our trade in was worth, and should have listened to our gut instincts on the fact they were cheating us. It is now listed for almost 2x the amount they gave us. That is hard on a family trying to make every dollar count. We were saddened to know that we were duped by old fashioned car dealership tactics. Shame on us.
