Taylor's Auto Max

As soon as we entered the dealership and asked for Jay Constantino, we were immediately assisted without any delays. Jay wasted no time in getting us behind the wheel of the vehicle we wanted to test drive. and also took care of having the Service Department look at our trade-in vehicle. Jay exuded exemplary customer service. During our test drive, Jay sat back and allowed my husband and I to enjoy the ride and immediately answered questions as they arose. He let the vehicle sell itself. Once our test drive was done, we immediately went into negotiations. This was the longest part of the entire process, however, Jay made it as easy and painless as possible. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Taylor's Auto Max and I would come back again and have already let Jay know that our daughter is looking at a new vehicle later in the year and will be sending her his way. Thank you Jay for making our second visit to Taylor's Auto Max just as enjoyable as our first. Job well done.

My Auto Max experience started a little over three weeks ago when on a whim I stopped by to see what sort of inventory was available in the way of larger SUV's. As I have been in the process of exploring these vehicles for a couple of years I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for and my hackles tend to go up when someone tries to "change my mind." Up walked Ron Cooper and he was just so open, it was very easy to chat with him and really get him on board with my preferences. That first day he showed my a couple excellent candidate vehicles, I test drove one and after I left that day, he immediately followed up with information regarding each vehicle. As I know I just love to drive and was impressed by the inventory, I decided I needed another opinion so hauled my mother along for a couple of test drives-more to rein me in-and again Ron was very respectful of my mother and made her feel right at home. My third trip in to see Ron was pretty much to talk about the vehicle (2015 Chevy Tahoe) I decided to buy-the first vehicle I test drove. The following Monday I bought my new SUV. I feel I was treated fairly and Ron did his best to keep the deal equitable. This guy is definitely a go-getter in the nicest way! A real plus with Ron is that though he is very knowledgable, he doesn't pretend to know everything about every vehicle - and one of his go-to guys is Bob Anderson. When I went in to pick up my vehicle Ron arranged to have Bob go through the bells and whistles (it has tons!) with me-he has a very strong background with GMC/Chevy products-and yes, he knows his stuff -- also realizing that it's a lot of info to process, I've been invited back in a couple of weeks with questions. All of this is just a very long-winded way of saying that by pure chance I stopped by, was treated incredibly well by very pleasant, knowledgable people and am ver satisfied with the experience--I encourage anyone to be treated well.

I have been half-hearted in my efforts to look for a newer car to replace my old model because of the hassle of car buying. When I found Jay Schabarker at Taylor's, my worries were over! He guided me through the the steps with professionalism and knowledge. I feel so good about my purchase and all my concerns & worries are gone! I know I can count on Jay to answer any future questions and expertly deal with any problems that may come up. Thank you Jay for your great care!

Ron was kind, understanding and compassionate. Great customer service. I would recommend him to anyone. I would have liked more for my trade but that isn't always possible.

Worked with Ron Cooper and Bob Anderson who tagged team and able to answer the hundreds of questions that were asked. They spent a good few hours working to ensure we were satisfied and gave us all possible information available while dealing with our kids running all over the place. Worked tirelessly to help and even went as far as to schedule another day to go over all parts of the vehicle.
