Buying a car for my High School Daughter

I saw a car on the internet at Taylors Auto Max in Great Falls and decided to call on it. The next week I went up and met Jay at the Dealership. The car was what I was looking for. One of the front tires was very worn though and had longitudinal cracks on the sidewall. I was worried about it but was going to "deal" and drive it home (90 miles) anyhow. Jay talked with the manager and both said they feel the car isn't really safe to drive with the tire in that shape. They offered 2 news tires for the front and I could buy the rear for their price at the tire shop... all still within my budget. For buying a 99' Olds' I was treated like I was buying an expensive car. I will return. I believe they are honest and good people to work with. PS...they don't have Oldsmobile listed on the review page, so I selected Pontiac.

The best car buying experience I've ever had

Princeton was great to work with, very friendly and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I would highly recommend him and Taylor's Auto Max to anybody.

A great car-buying experience!

I found the car I wanted online and went to Taylor's to test drive it. Ron Cooper immediately got the keys and everything ready for me to drive it. He took extra time to answer my questions and to show me the amazing features of the vehicle. Since I was trading in a 12 year old vehicle, believe me, there were a lot of features I wasn't familiar with! Ron treated me with respect and made the whole experience easy. I would highly recommend buying from Taylor's AutoMax!

Thanks Taylor's Auto Max for the new wheels!

I initially went to Taylor's Auto Max to buy a used vehicle from Gary Lipnickey. Upon looking around the lot Kip Kulju greeted me. Gary was busy helping another customer. Kip worked well with my budget and got me into a brand new Volkswagen. Kip wasn't your ordinary car salesman that attacks you to buy a car. Gary finished up with his customer, and also was very helpful. They both were very professional, and I would highly recommend anyone to go see Kip or Gary at Taylor's Auto Max!

Was a fun and enjoyable buying experience

Going in I was not sure what to expect. Initially I dealt with Mike Taylor, because I already knew him. Mike showed me the trucks I was interested in. When we both knew the deal would not be closed that day Mike put me in touch with Ron Cooper. Come to find out I already knew Ron. Ron made the remainder of the process very easy and relaxing. In fact we walked out with two vehicles instead of one. Ron is very easy going with good ethical standards and easy to work with. I would recommend Taylor's auto Max to others and have them go to Ron Cooper

A Blessing For Our Family...

We desperately needed an affordable, reliable vehicle for my husband. Ron Cooper respected our needs and our budget. Ron treated us no different than if we were buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. We did not feel pressured to make a decision and we left with a great vehicle. We chose to deal with Ron because he is a man of character and he respected our family. Blessings to you Ron and thank you!

A shaky start, resulting in a lifelong customer

My first visit to Taylor's to buy a pickup, started on a negative trend. Then I met salesman Princeton , and one of the finance managers whom went out of their way to retain my business. I wound up purchasing a truck,due to a problem with the aftermarket tires that had been put on the truck by the previous owner, there was a chaotic and costly process that had to happen. Sales Manager Tom, remembered me from the purchase and went above and beyond to find a solution to the problem while being fair to both myself and the dealership. There is the letter of the law, and the spirit of the law,Tom earned my loyalty by simply doing the right thing. We loved the truck so much,, I went back 4 days later and bought ANOTHER!! I was promptly greeted by one of the most friendly, laid back , knowledgeable salespeople I have ever encountered. His name was Sean. I had explained my prior experience to him and he was simply amazingly helpful. I have been a 'Retail Manager for a major box store for 20 years. If I didn't respect Taylor's, and their service so much, I would have hired him on the spot to work for me! In a town with so many options for car sales, people like Sean,Princeton and Tom really show what sets them apart from the rest. I had a bottom line no haggling fair deal and at the sign of a problem, a speedy and reasonable compromise., That is what brought me back 4 days later,Sean ,from minute one was professional,informative and understood the value of true customer service resulting in the the most pleasant car buying experience I think I have ever had. There are some great people there,m in conjunction with a good management team whom although are in business to make money, also understand how to treat a paying customer.

A truly great experience.......

Mr. Gary Lipnickey came very highly recommended by my boss and one of our customers. He was extremely helpful and came in on his day off to help me find the car of my dreams!! I would recommend Gary and the great staff at Taylors to anyone.
