Taylor's Auto Max

We went to Great Falls semi-committed to purchasing a newer used mini-van for our family. We had identified two possible candidates at different dealers and were put off by the high pressure and schmarmy attitude at the first dealership. Then we met with Jay at Taylor's Auto-Max and drove (and bought) the second van. Jay was very easy to deal with and made the deal happen with a minimum of fuss. Jay even ended up pseudo babysitting our three and five year old while we completed the fine print. Thanks to Jay, car shopping, which we don't really care for, turned into a fun afternoon. Jay worked hard at getting us a fair price and we're happy with the deal.

The rating would have been alot higher if the finance guy(John) would have been on the same page as the salesman(Tom). I was ticked that the interest rate I got & what I was told I was getting earlier was drasticly different. If it would have been what Tom said it was going to be I'd probably give a lot higher rating. I also left my trade in full of gas & received our new one close to empty. We did get a oil change for this, but I would have been happier with a full tank of gas. I also ended up making three trips to the dealer afterwards to fix paperwork that was done incorrectly which was kind of frustrating. I will probably be refinancing in the near future. I am very happy with the product I got though.

We had an excellent experience with James Winters. We stopped by on a whim, to see one car specifically. He didn't pressure us, listened to us when we said what we were looking for and was pleasant to work with. We went home to "think about it." We called back with an offer and had our offer accepted. We went back to the dealership and finished the deal in approximately 30 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised with the experience as we usually find that buying a car is stressful and not very pleasant. I would definitely go back to Taylor Motors and I would absolutely ask for James again. His customer service was excellent in spite of being busy! Thanks James!

From the receptionist when i called about the 2011 Ford Fusion to connecting with Gary and James customer service was out standing. Taylor's has a huge range of cars and trucks in every price range, even the atmosphere was comfortable super organized and family like. All my questions were answered. James is super! he's outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable about the Fusion. Financing was easy and they got me the best deal on the car. I will be taking my Fusion back to them for my maintanance, i saw a couple folks talking with the service guys and they looked happy! When I drove onto the lot the first face I saw was Ron Cooper. He gave me a warm welcome and helped me to another salesman as Ron was a bit busy. Tom led me around the lot and to another lot to look at some trucks, we finally found the truck I wanted and Tom let me test drive it and I moved it to the main building. He was cooperative with the negotiations on the price. Unfortunately Tom wasn't available the next day as an emergency came up but Ron was right there to pick up where Tom left off. Ron talked me through everything from about my loan and papers to casual conversation. Very friendly people. I would recommend this place to anyone else wanting to buy a new or used vehicle.
