Taylor's Auto Max

My overall experience at Taylor's Auto Max was ideally what I expect to find when I go shopping for an automobile. The inventory is conveniently laid out to make for a relaxed shopping experience. Their service department is large and modern, and my salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful in getting my deal done.

I had ZERO plans of buying a car today when I walked onto the lot. I met Jay before I even got in the door. He asked all the right questions. There was no pressure to buy something I didnt want. After describing what I was looking for and answering a few of his questions he showed me 2-3 different vehicles. Well the last one I saw I ended up purchasing. Was overall a very good experience and I would recommend Taylor's and Jay to any and everyone!!

Taylors Auto Max has great customer service. Jay Schabarker sold me my 2008 Toyota Tundra for a great price. He is willing to negotiate and goes out of his way to make sure you get what you want. He is very personable and a great person to be around. I also purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle and look forward to doing future service with Jay. I would definitely recommend him!

Even though the vehicle we purchased was a little beyond our original range, Jack manage to show the value added worth of the vehicle we bought while arranging for a multi-car trade-in on our older used vehicles. His courtesy and patience are to be commended.

Gary went above and beyond to keep the car I was looking for in mind and get back to me as soon as he had one. Very pleased with the car and the negotiations. Love the dogs.
