We called in to make sure we could come.

We called in to make sure we could come. J worked with us for about ten minutes until different customers came. He told us he could be with us in about 15 minutes. We waited over two hours without any one helping us. When asking J if there were any major problems that are associated with the Nissan Rouge, he told us none, and I believed him. After the purchase, I looked up more about the Nissan Rouge. There are two major problems with the car that occur frequently. The first is the engine stalling. The second is improper welds on the seats that can cause serious injuries if in an accident.

This was the most enjoyable experience I've ever had at a dealership, Jay was a very professional salesman and was able to satisfy every question we had. This was a long distance purchase which made it a little complicated but it went off without a hitch..
