Friendly place, no pressure buying experience. Its was great that the maintenance technician even met with me to answer some mechanical questions about the truck. Gave me a good trade value. My only complaint is the dealership could've topped of my fuel tank after the sale. Went home with less than 1/4 tank of fuel. ;)

Was allowed to browse for awhile before Daphne came out to assist. She knows a lot about pickups and steered me to the best options available. After the test drives there was no pressure to make the sale. She worked with me Monday to close the sale, kept me informed throughout the purchase and had my new Betsy Boo ready on Tuesday and walked me through the GMC electronics and made sure I had all the phone apps and the service info for Taylor’s.

I was out of town for work and Jay was able to test drive
I was out of town for work and Jay was able to test drive the vehicle for me and give me his honest opinion that it needed some service done and got it right into the shop. I put a hold on it from 2 states away and on Friday when I got back the repairs were completed and we finalized the paperwork. My wife loves her Yukon XL Denali!!!! Thank you Jay

The sales department was great, Jay was very helpful in my search with no pressure to buy. My issue with the dealership is I test drive the vehicle I purchased and reported a couple issues, #1 was a shimmy at about 70mph, #2 was a service parking brake warning light. I was told they would check them when they prepped the vehicle for me. They made an appointment to check the shimmy and I thought they checked the warning light since it was not on when I left the shop, 5 miles down the road and it came back on. I made an appointment to check the brake light, shimmy and another warning about the ABS that came up when I turned on Onstar. 10 days later they found a faulty module that is back ordered at least three weeks. I think Taylor’s Automax should have ran a diagnostic test prior to my taking the vehicle, since I told them about the issue earlier. I don’t expect anything different to come out if this but want to pass along to other potential used vehicle buyers to be careful, have a mechanic look at the vehicle or ask Taylor’s Autonax to run a diagnostic test prior to purchase. If I had known about these issues before hand I would not have made the purchase!
