Frank Brooks did a great job and gave us 5 star service. We initially weren’t going to finance but they gave us a great deal.

Paid the staff off just to get Robbed with lemons

Me and my brother and our wives went to Atlanta auto 6/18/19 to get 3 cars and we were told our credit scores weren't any good and they were in the 700 range ,anyways after being sold some lemons the worst experience I had in my life ,after paying off the salesman and the finance guy to make our credit scores and everything else better it gave us interest rates like 21.30% and got sold warranties for 24,000 miles or 2 years which ever first which was 4000 dollars you could tell we were dealing with snakes I showed no check stubs ,no income tax receipts nothing after my brother had paid the salesman and after he went to back to see the finance guy he came out and said the finance guy told him to go get the money back from the salesman which was $2500.00 and the finance guy told him to pay him the money because the salesman guy was being greedy so he was like he was the one to make things happen so he cut the sales guy out ,so my brother told me not to give the sales guy any money via. The finance guy so just as he was telling me this me and my wife was approached by the sales guy that my brother had got his money back from and he kept pressuring me to give him my 2500.00 dollars because my credit score wouldn't let me get a loan so if I didn't pay him I wouldn't be getting a car so I told him to let me go outside to get it to dodge him from giving him my money so he continued to look for me outside and I was avoiding him until my brother came out and when he did he told me to go ahead and speak with the finance guy and to make sure I got a warranty just to be safe ,so me and my wife went in and I gave him his payoff and that's when he started telling me a million lies ,he told me that the car price was all I owed being that I never bought a car at dealership I was trusting him thinking he had saved me from the sales guy devil, but he sold me a warranty for 4000.00 a 24,000miles 2 year warranty power train and I asked like 5 times how much did I owe I mean everything and he told me 32,000 ok so my brother leaves in his two cars a audi a7 2015 and a 2015 Maserati and I left with a 2015 jaguar portfolio ok we were told since we paid off these crooks that we wouldn't have a problem when we needed help ok so my brotherschedule Maserati motor blew in like 3 days and my car broke down like 3 weeks after having it so my brother is going on 2 months and they are giving him the run around with his warranty and mine is at Hennessy jaguar and they told me it would take 4500.00 dollars to fix my failed injectors and my warranty is saying they don't cover after calling atlanta auto and getting the run around I told a few of their managers about me and my brother paying off their staff but would tell them the names so now they're more worried about who we paid tgen helping us with our cars ,these are crooks they ask for payoffs and lie to you about your credit scores so they can trick you I don't want the car got me a attorney my brother does also and we gonna take these crooks to court don't buy cars from these people but if you just have to find the right ones which is probably all of tgem will take money to change you scores or however they get you approved, take my advice this just happened month ago so they're still up to there old tricks ,my wife has lost her job do to the lack of transportation so we thinking about suing also because she is very depressed

Great Price for the Car

Bought a used Cadillac for a great price. I had some difficulty getting the money from my credit union to them, so you may be better off using one of their banks if you can get a good rate. TR was my salesman and he did a good job keeping in contact with me about the car. It was awesome having someone that I could text or call if I had any questions about it.

Horrible Experience

We went to Atlanta Autos on Friday, July 5, to find my daughter a replacement vehicle after she totaled her car. We wanted a safe car for her that would not give her any problems and last her at least 5 more years. The entire experience has been an extreme disaster: 1) When the salesman, Terry, wrote up the deal sheet, he was charging 9.7% ad valorem tax. When I asked him to explain why and told him the tax in GA should only be 7%, he just kept saying that the computer calculates it. We went back and forth until he got the sales manager, Six. 2) Six shooed Terry away and told him to go away and let him deal with it....in front of us. It was very awkward for us as the customer to witness the condescending way in which Six treated Terry (even though we were frustrated with Terry, it was a very unprofessional way to handle the situation). 3) We found several issues when we test drove the car: vent clips broken, sun roof shade disintegrating, paint faded. Six gave us a "We owe" stating that he would order the parts at cost and we would pay the cost but no labor. When I asked him how to proceed with the repairs, he stated "call me Monday and remind me". Why do I have to call to remind him? 4) Upon bringing the car home for our daughter, we realized that the driver door does not unlock with the remote, although all other doors do. The only way to unlock it is to climb inside and pull the door handle. Thinking back to the test drive, we remembered the salesman leaving the door open for us. He must of realized when he went to get the car that there was an issue when he tried to open the driver door and HE NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING TO US. 5) We also rolled the front passenger window down when we got home, and now THE WINDOW WON'T CLOSE!!! We called Terry to complain on Saturday, July 6. He wasn't very helpful so we asked to speak to Six. We were put on hold and then Terry came back on the line saying that he spoke to the service manager and we should bring it in so he could look at it on Monday. My husband then called Six directly to let him know everything that was going on and that it seems they should have known about these issues. Six snapped back that it was our responsibility to find all these problems ourselves. My husband and I have bought many many cars over the years. We are loyal customers when treated right. This entire experience has been a nightmare for us and is adding to my daughter feeling deflated after her car that she loved was totaled. We feel like we got swindled from beginning to end. The dealership is beautiful, but underneath, it seems that it's just another sleazy used car shop with lipstick on.
