I highly recommend Texas Carz when upgrading to a new vehicle. Emad was my sales person. He was kind, elegant and informative in a highly professional manner. This dealership is unlike any other in that they do not pressure you at all. When I came in to look at the car I was interested in Emad said you have to fall in love with the car. I never thought of it that way. He was right. Shopping for a car should be fun. I was taking it way too seriously. I had been looking and doing research to find just the right car for 2 and a half months which is a ridiculous amount of time but when I drove the Mercedes SLK 250 convertible I did fall in love with that car and that was about 3 weeks ago. The price I paid was well below market value. They take very good care of their cars and customer service is excellent. AJ helped me with the financing and spent a lot of time answering my questions. Anytime I call they are always right there to help. Next car I buy when it's time to upgrade to a newer vehicle I will be contacting Emad and AJ. It's a family run business and you can tell. They are all so nice and helpful.

I contacted this dealership to purchase a vechicle. Was honest upfront about income and down payment capability. I'm am disabled and have limited income. Proved and provided all necessary docs. They required My down-payment went from 500 to 1437. Told him he was just padding his profit got upset cause I've bought over 40 vechicles in my lifetime and know most ways for dealers to raise there profibility on deals. Now claims the car needs a clutch! Considering this action of the alleged owner Aj I'd look for somewhere else to purchase a new car!

This is the worst car dealership I have ever done
This is the worst car dealership I have ever done business with. They are dishonest in their business practices. Please be careful as you do business with them and find other dealerships to do business with. I purchased a GLK350 from them that should have been in a great shape, according to the salesman Rimenz Salahi. I asked him about the condition of the vehicle and if it had any issues that I needed to know about, he said no issues, any dents or paint damages, he said none. Upon receipt of the car, over 10 paint damages, dents on the door, the gas gauge did not work, and after I was told that the vehicle had 81000 miles, I received the car with 82950 miles on it. I contacted them immediately with the photos of all the damages, and the issue with the car, they refused to address the issue. They will promise to call me back on so many occasions and they don’t. I have spoken to the GM Hussam Alsalahi, who said that I should send the car back and later back tracked to say I should speak with AJ the owner. I spoke with AJ who told me to email the photo to him, and 6 days later I have not received a response. I called them back and they are saying that I should call AJ, I called they hang up the phone on me. They will lie to you to sell their cars, which is a dishonest practice. I will be writing the Secretary of State in Texas, and any institution responsible or that oversea that dealership. I paid over $19000 for a car that had issues that was not disclosed to me at all. That is deception. I have exercised maximum restraint, this started on the 9th of November, the day I received the car.

I’m not sure if I’m not being treated fair bc I’m a woman or black woman or Both!!!!! I have been calling the dealership, and Saleman leaving messages for 2 weeks I was told by the Saleman he would speak to the manager and called bk. Next I was told they were speaking to the shop. No call or resolution from manager. I have left serval messages for the owner to call back. I’m not sure if I’m not being treated fair bc I’m a woman or black woman. I bought a Porsche 2014 October 14, the day I bought the car I had concerns about the Vibration sound / feel and squealing and .. I was assured not to worry there was no problems because the car was supposed to sound like that and If I found anything just let the dealership know. After driving the car the first day I made an appointment with Porsche. I sent over my paperwork from Porsche in Shreveport LA Problems Porsche found Vacuum pump Seal is leaking oil Brakes are bad Vibration has to be taking back for different test. Tech thinks it’s the Motor or Transmission issues. Vibration is getting worst.

They have quality cars and as a long time repair shop
They have quality cars and as a long time repair shop owner I can tell their inventory is quality. Rick White is very knowledgeable and helpful only negative was they wouldn’t budge on the price . I’m happy with the whole experience!

Everything started out good with Aj before I purchased my
Everything started out good with Aj before I purchased my car.. He would always respond to text messages or call me back.. After I received my car he stopped answering his phone & texting back.. He told me to contact Sam. I took the car to the Porsche dealership in Jackson. They told me the mirrors did not come on the car & it might have been wrecked. & the doors had been painted. I asked Aj was there anything wrong with the car. He told me no. I asked him did the car have the blind spot thing on the mirrors & he said yes. It doesn’t have it! I think they get wrecked cars & paint them & sell them. I would never buy from this company again.

Ms. Love. Thank you for your feedback on your car purchased on 1/27/2022 (3 months ago). You had this vehicle checked as we suggested prior to buying it. There were no mechanical issues found at the time. You have text me numerous times after receiving the car stating that you loved it, I am not sure what changed? I also have a text from you asking me how to engage the mirror blind spot, I told you at the time that it might not have it. I am sorry for the misunderstanding. Some cars may have been involved in a minor accident. However, we go by Carfax which did not indicate any accidents. We cannot report what we don't know. In fact the Carfax on your car is showing no accident. As far as the paint, yes, we did indeed paint the bumper at your request. Please review all communication.
