My experience at Auto Gallery was pleasant thanks to Bob Rickard. He listened to what I wanted and answered questions about car I was interested in.
Being from out of town, my wife and I spent days trying to get information on a Sequoia. Finally, we got in touch with a salesman named Jeremy. Emails... and questions went unanswered. Only after repeated questions, did we learn about hidden fees. We started a deal late on a Wednesday, filled out the finance paperwork, and agreed to talk the following morning at 9am. When we called, he was sleeping and not prepared for the meeting, very unprofessional. He said it was his day off, but he'd go in the office in an hour or so. He failed to mention any of this the night before. Not hearing back by lunch, we contact him, and he still had not gone into the office. So we called the dealership direct, and someone had just put down a deposit, making us miss out on the car. They did say they would call back letting us know whether or not the car sold, so we could proceed either way. (The never called back). I called back the next day making sure they don't run an inquiry on my credit since the deal fell through. Jeremy happened to answer the phone, and he proceeded to tell me there were 5 parties interested in the car, and that did everything he could. This was an outright lie. If there was other interest, he made no mention of it. He never once asked for a deposit. Moreover, scheduling an appointment, being woken up, taking hours to follow up, and arguing that he "deserves a day off too", was downright infuriating. No one returned my call regarding my question about running my credit. The dealership got the sale regardless, but Jeremy's laziness and unprofessional actions cost him a sale, and us a car, and I would not recommend this business.
Rosa is a wonderful person. She broke down the process step by step for me. I was nervous but she made me feel at ease.

Was told that I could cancel the warranty at any time, for a purchase made 12-16-2019. I called on 1/21/2020 to cancel and dealer dose not know how to... refund my money! Not ethical!
Worst experience EVER! They deserve no stars! We purchased a truck in October 2019. The four wheel drive did not work. They supposedly fixed it at their... shop, but after picking it up, it was still broken. As of today, they have never fixed it. We live in NC and we were given a temporary tag upon purchase of the truck and told our permanent tag would be mailed to us within 45 days. It was not. We called and after a few days they said the title still had the previous lien holder on it.The title was not clean. The manager was always "busy" and would not talk to us. Finally, someone from another area called and began trying to find a solution. We went 30 days with no tag and were unable to drive our truck. No offer for a loaner, rental car, or anything. They did not care. Do not purchase anything from Auto Gallery. This has been a nightmare!

late getting back and non flexable with price, that they lowered 4 days after I purchased elsewhere. I would have purchased at a lower price, but they... would not move.
Bought a car from Ola he was very knowledgeable of the car. Finance Manager was great in working the numbers. Will definitely come back again. Great experience.

As soon as I stepped into the building I was greeted by a very polite and friendly young lady named Daisy . She helped me with everything I needed . Answered... all my questions and throughout the entire time I was there she was very professional and friendly. Best experience I’ve had in any dealer .
We're glad to hear you had a great experience here with us at AG@Gainesville! Thank you for taking the time to leave us this great review.
I understand that you can’t make everyone happy when you have a business. I hope that I am the only few unhappy people with the service they provide.... However, IF this is how they do business regularly, it is terrible and I don’t advice anyone to deal with them. My sister bought a vehicle from Cumming location. Actually the sales and the manager at Cumming were nice. The problem started when I contacted the title and tag department at Gainesville location because the 45 days temporary tag was about to expire. The person I spoke from the tag and title department at Gainesville location told me they haven’t received the title from the auction so I could go to the local tag office to get an extension for temporary tag. This is exactly what I did. However, the tag office people told me the dealer (Auto Gallery) didn’t do much in order them to process it. The dealer even put the buyer as a “business” although my sister is an individual buyer. At this time, I contacted the the title department and let them know the situation. Their response was everything would be fixed in a week and we should get the title. Two weeks later nothing was fixed. I contacted the tag and title department again to check up on the status. They didn’t respond my calls and voicemail. So I had to contact one of the managers at Cumming to reach out to them. They said they just received the title from the auction and everything should fixed with in a week max and I can go to the local tag office to pick up my title and tag. One week later nothing was fixed. I went to the local tag office and they told me the same thing “the dealership (Auto-gallery) didn’t do much electronically for them to process it and give us the title and tag”. I finally went to the dealership today (which is by the way almost one hour drive) to get my THIRD temporary tag and the manager told me they are having issues with the auction to get the title (note that the lady earlier told me they have got the title) and the whole thing will be fixed in a week or so since they already filed to get a duplicate title. We will see and I will make sure to update you on what they say next I was misinformed so many times by the tag and title department and it was a terrible experience. I hope no one will go through the way I did. q I would totally understand if I was informed the situation from the beginning!
Called the dealer about a mustang they had and drove 2 hours one way to come see it. I get there and they say I can test drive it, I wait about 10 minutes... and still no car. The guy comes back and tells me that the car doesn’t even run and it’s in the shop and continues to tell me that if they can’t fix it then they will auction it off, but if they do fix it I can come back. Why would you post a car online for sale when it isn’t even in running condition. I’m just happy the car was still broken when I got down there so I didn’t buy a repaired vehicle. Also the manager didn’t even know that the car wasn’t drivable, he’s the one that said I could test drive it. Very unprofessional.
