As soon as I stepped into the building I was greeted by a very polite and friendly young lady named Daisy . She helped me with everything I needed . Answered... all my questions and throughout the entire time I was there she was very professional and friendly. Best experience I’ve had in any dealer .

I understand that you can’t make everyone happy when you have a business. I hope that I am the only few unhappy people with the service they provide.... However, IF this is how they do business regularly, it is terrible and I don’t advice anyone to deal with them. My sister bought a vehicle from Cumming location. Actually the sales and the manager at Cumming were nice. The problem started when I contacted the title and tag department at Gainesville location because the 45 days temporary tag was about to expire. The person I spoke from the tag and title department at Gainesville location told me they haven’t received the title from the auction so I could go to the local tag office to get an extension for temporary tag. This is exactly what I did. However, the tag office people told me the dealer (Auto Gallery) didn’t do much in order them to process it. The dealer even put the buyer as a “business” although my sister is an individual buyer. At this time, I contacted the the title department and let them know the situation. Their response was everything would be fixed in a week and we should get the title. Two weeks later nothing was fixed. I contacted the tag and title department again to check up on the status. They didn’t respond my calls and voicemail. So I had to contact one of the managers at Cumming to reach out to them. They said they just received the title from the auction and everything should fixed with in a week max and I can go to the local tag office to pick up my title and tag. One week later nothing was fixed. I went to the local tag office and they told me the same thing “the dealership (Auto-gallery) didn’t do much electronically for them to process it and give us the title and tag”. I finally went to the dealership today (which is by the way almost one hour drive) to get my THIRD temporary tag and the manager told me they are having issues with the auction to get the title (note that the lady earlier told me they have got the title) and the whole thing will be fixed in a week or so since they already filed to get a duplicate title. We will see and I will make sure to update you on what they say next I was misinformed so many times by the tag and title department and it was a terrible experience. I hope no one will go through the way I did. q I would totally understand if I was informed the situation from the beginning!
Called the dealer about a mustang they had and drove 2 hours one way to come see it. I get there and they say I can test drive it, I wait about 10 minutes... and still no car. The guy comes back and tells me that the car doesn’t even run and it’s in the shop and continues to tell me that if they can’t fix it then they will auction it off, but if they do fix it I can come back. Why would you post a car online for sale when it isn’t even in running condition. I’m just happy the car was still broken when I got down there so I didn’t buy a repaired vehicle. Also the manager didn’t even know that the car wasn’t drivable, he’s the one that said I could test drive it. Very unprofessional.
Seriously pissed that this place exists. The manager dragged me along for weeks constantly changing my trade in price . Then at the last second he knocks... off two thousand dollars for a tiny spot of rust on my undercarriage of one of my trades. The worst experience I’ve had from any used car dealer in the past 15 yrs. Wasted my time and money. The manager didn’t even have the guts to call me the entire time . Glad I didn’t drag both cars in to find out even more off . What a den of thieves. Buyers beware. They advertise 100 percent satisfaction. Not even close in my case.
Aaron, I am dissapointed that your experience was not a great one at our store. As a business person, I'm sure you understand how difficult it must b...e to put an exact value of a trade in vehicle over the phone and with pictures. When pictures of a trade in vehicle are not comprehensive or difficult to see, we don't always know the true condition of the vehicle. Regardless, I will review the phone training with my team to ensure they are very clear whith all our phone customers. The sales person that I worked with was very kind. I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle I was looking at simply because I have a tendency to jump into... things and I want to be sure about this one. Great selection of vehicles!

Loved my experience at Auto Gallery! My sales agent was amazing she was very patient and didn't rush me at all.I would recommend to anyone.
They made you feel good during the pre buying process. You tell them 5 years and they think you can't count (6 years of payments on a used car.) The paperwork... doesn't match their mouth. I will never go here again. Gainesville ga.
