Our buying experience was fine up until we drove our 2004 Mini Cooper off the lot. Immediately we realized there was an issue with the door seal. We turned around and brought the vehicle back. The dealership wanted to charge us for a repair that was their responsibility. When we threatened to walk away from the deal, they decided to do the repair at their cost. It was repaired in several days and the vehicle was delivered to us. We should have run far far away at that moment. Little things were not working on the vehicle like the CD player automatic door locks, vanity mirror lights. All of these should have been checked and rectified by auto gallery prior to sale. 7 months and 4000 miles later this fine little auto blew a head gasket. I was told that an engine replacement was the safest repair to make. I contacted auto gallery many times about this issue and was told the best they would sell us a new vehicle at invoice. Seriously!!!! The sales manager Sergio dodged our calls refused to give us the owners name, and quite frankly refused to make any concession or take any responsibility for selling a lemon. My advise to anyone buying a used vehicle is stay away from auto gallery!
