Very disappointed with our experience at Cassill Motors.

Very disappointed with our experience at Cassill Motors. I regret having to leave negative feedback but Communication was terrible—conflicting information, no follow-up, and a refund that was mishandled. I want to say this though Roger Cassill seemed genuinely apologetic, fair, and understanding guy but the team under him failed us in every way possible.It felt like once the sale was done, we were just a box for them to check off and ignore in the end. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing here and we the customer pay the ultimate price in the end. I won't name names because they know who they are who failed us, and each did so willingly and that hurts. I am done. I no longer recommends this dealership.

Hi Deb, We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear your son hasn’t had the experience we aim to provide every customer. First, we’d like to acknowledge that we fell short in our follow-up communication regarding the parts needed for his headlight repair. That delay is on us, and we’ve already addressed the breakdown in our internal process to make sure this doesn’t happen again. However, we must respectfully clarify a few things: We did not do business with you—we worked directly with your son, who is a legal adult and handled the entire purchase process with the help of another family member. At no point was he treated as anything less than a valued customer. The suggestion that we saw him as someone to “con” is not only false but deeply unfair to the hardworking professionals on our team who serve all of our customers—military or not—with respect. We also want to be clear that the vehicle was sold with a limited warranty, and we’ve worked within the coverage terms provided. Our service team has taken steps to address the headlight issue as quickly as possible once the correct parts were received. Finally, we take reputation seriously. If there are specific people who have had a concern with us, we encourage them to reach out directly—we’re always open to feedback and improvement. But we also stand behind our work and our team. Absolutely infuriating!

Absolutely infuriating! I had everything set—vehicle picked out, purchase agreement signed and sent to both me and the bank. I had a 9:30 AM appointment today to finalize the deal. But then Cassill calls and tells me they handed my vehicle over to someone else so they could have their mechanic inspect it. And instead of honoring our agreement, they said they’d let me know after 10:30 if that person decided not to buy it. When I called them out on it, all they had to say was, “There’s nothing we can do.” Nothing?! They blatantly gave away a car I was in the process of buying! And then, as if that wasn’t enough, they had the nerve to offer to find me a similar vehicle at auction—but wouldn’t even guarantee the same price. Unbelievable.

Lying isn't good business.

Lying isn't good business......Just completed my second purchase with cassill motors and on my first buying experience I was enchanted by the quality of the vehicle, the attention to customer needs, and of course the service is amazing. I also love that some of the crew are willing to go out on a limb for people even if they aren't a customer (thanks) This second time around was not as fabulous. Unfortunately the sales team failed to provide a positive experience. I was blatantly lied to about the fair book value of the vehicle (although im aware I shouldn't have trusted it and dont my own research) I was also told a false story about the vehicles history which Is funny because I have a degree in counseling and have been formally trained to be a xx detecter. I fell for it because with my prior purchase they earned my trust. its gone now they overcharged me by a sizable amount, tried to blow smoke uo my butt about why they did it (WORK DONE BY ANOTHER COMPANY YEARS AGO) and then to top the cake the car has began having mechanical issues two days after purchase,. praying I didn't toss $21000 completely down the toilet.
